I am currently sitting in the waiting room 2 hours after said appointment time. I have not I was referred from the VA so I didnt have to drive to Memphis and deal with wait times there. As far as occupancy there are people standing on walls due to lack of seating. I am not sure what is going on and i understand medical visists can be lengthy however there is no excuse for this whatsoever. If its a booking/scheduling issue I feel The appropriate staff should be hired to adjudicate the issue. The only reason they get 2 stars is the front desk personell were decent.

Thoughtful, caring and highly skilled. I see 20/15 after my procedure! I would not go anywhere else for all things vision related!

He convinced me to go with a multifocal lens so i would not have to wear glasses. My right eye was perfect distance vision, 2.25 reading correction before surgery. After surgery i had to have correction for distance as well as 2.25 for reading (same as before surgery). This was an approx $2500 expense extra for one eye over the medicare paid for lens. Two months later i asked him to remove it and put in a standard lens due to all of the problems i was having, i.e., horrible problems with night vision due to starbursts/targets, double vision watching tv, seeing what look like bullseye targets when the light hit the side of my eye, etc. He refused to remove the lens, saying it was too risky. I went to another surgeon in jonesboro and was referred to james freeman, memphis. I had the lens removed without any problems and now have the standard lens with no night vision problems, no double vision, etc. Do your research and think carefully before being tslked into a multifocal lens.
