I came into the store one hour before closing and they managed to squeeze me in to pick up my glasses that same day. The technicians were very amiable and informed me of what my options were. They were able to use some frame I had and it was a perfect fit! The female technician was very sweet, took her time with getting my information, and was pleasant throughout my visit. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you to the Success Vision team for all your help in making this an easy process!

Completely and utterly disappointed in this store. I have used them in the past but I won’t use this store again. Had 3 staff on duty and took them 30 minutes to finally help us, then told us it would be 2 or 3 hours. Almost 5 hours later we are back to pick up glasses that are still NOT READY.

The commercials advertise "two pair for 39.00..." and "hundreds of glasses to choose from. I took my daughter in for a replacement pair, and out of the entire store, there was one row of glasses that we were to choose from for that offer. The glasses had to be 19.99 and they only had one pair for that price. The representatives there were unfriendly, and the associate that assisted my daughter and I was extremely unhelpful and nonchalant. We waited for almost 30 minutes and ended up getting two pair of glasses from another store, with upgrades added to our lenses for a price less than what this store offered. As a matter of fact, I wasn't even offered transitional lenses or anti glare, scratch protection or any other offers. She didn't assist us with finding frames, trying them on or anything. I will never visit this store again, highly dissatisfied. I drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction of my home to visit this location because of the advertisement, I feel the store represents falsely, and I will not recommend anyone to this company. I also saw commercials of how success vision helped children from other countries obtain glasses, and I couldn't even get help here in the states for my child. Never again...definitely a lesson learned.

I was impressed with there timing. Arrived early, and was taken back to exam room. The glasses are clearer than any I have ever had in last 20 years. Also received my glasses in around 2 hours. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating, was due to there scratch resistant coating. I had to go back in less than 6 months and have them replaced due to scratches. I need to go now and have them replaced again. This will make 2 times in less than a year. And they charge for replacing the scratch resistant coating

They are incredibly quick, very professional, and they glasses are exactly what I wanted. Not good if you're insured. Better be on your toes and make sure the dates are correct or they may screw up your claim and then they will bill you for what the insurance did not pay. Both them and the eye doctor next door don't care.

I have used Success Vision for the past 8 yrs and never had a problem. The staff is very friendly and take their time with their customer. Only issue was making sure they don't skip your name when called from the clip board. Only happened once!

I took my glasses in for repair 1 Year to the day that I had purchased them. They told me they couldn’t be repaired but they would replace them. I picked out a new pair, and hour later I received a text saying they were ready. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer.

I needed a pair of progressive bifocals and was told by my optometrist that it would take 2 weeks if I ordered through him. My daughter told me to try out Success Vision. I was extremely pleased. I got same day service on ultra thin progressive lenses. They cost me about half of what I usually pay and I didn't have to wait two weeks. I was very impressed and told them that I would spread the word. Businesses like this deserve to grow.

Worst experience ever!!! Bought 2 pairs for $99. Only had two of the right things for my husbands glasses, told us to come back 2.5 hours later to pick up. We were there on time and still had to wait another 20 minutes and the second pair wasn't even done yet. When my husband was checking out the first pair, the person that was helping us noticed scratches on the lens. And still expected us to take the glasses and wait longer on the other pair as well. We demanded a full refund and got it. Went to JCPENNY instead.

This place does not do right by their customers. We came in yesterday to get her a pair of glasses. They told us 2 hours so we waited 2 hours. When we can back on they had messed up the lens and we would have to come back tomorrow around 1030. We did they still are not ready. We have to drive almost 40 miles one way. They act like it is know big deal. We Wil not be back and will not recommend this place ether.

The exam was good. But I’m not that crazy about my frames. I had someone there that was helping me. Or supposed to be anyways. I’d keep trying on pair after pair and ask her opinion and she was so indecisive. Not helpful at all. So I ended up picking a pair, and they’re ok I guess. I had a great experience! People need to calm down about having to wait. I had to wait 3 weeks on glasses from Bryant Eye Care and when I finally got them they were wrong. Success Vision took care of me fast and my glasses were right! And they cost less than half of what BEC was charging me. And anyone who doesn't already know that deals like "2 pair for $79" are going to include a limited number of frames needs to get out in the world more. AT BEC I had full insurance and the frames were only $2.50 and yet I walked out of there paying almost $600!!! So get over it and realize that Success Vision is your friend. I came in near the end of the day, they got to me pretty fast, helped me pick frames, measured 3 times to be sure they were getting it right, and answered questions & explained everything to me FAR better than the "professionals" (i.e. commission hogs) at BEC! My wife and my mom are both planning to go to the West LR Success Vision now! I don't know anything about the doctor next door because when I came in I already had my prescription with me that I got from the true scam place (BEC). I'm totally happy with SVE and planning to go get me a back-up pair!

It was a very busy day there but the staff made me feel welcome. They helped me with many, many looks until finally I was happy. I got a pair of glasses here for about $160. About a week later I dropped the glasses as I was putting them on. They fell from about 3 feet and the frame broke all the way through. I took them back to Success Vision the next day and they told me that it wasn't covered under the manufacture warranty and there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't give me another pair of glasses or give me a refund. Now I have a broken pair of glasses and am out $150. I would strongly recommend against buying glasses here. Walmart is much better about giving refunds and taking care of their customers well.

I was able to be walk in to the eye doctor and then went to look at the frames. Found a couple I liked and 1 of their associates helped me pick out the best pair. I thought she would've picked the most expensive option, but she seemed to give me her honest opinion, She also gave me all the options and didn't pressure me for an up sale. Also loved that I got them in less than an hour.

I've been going to Success Vision on McCain Blvd. for the past several years and I thought I could try out Financial Centre one this time around to see if they had a better selection of glasses. They did, I found my glasses quickly but I sat around and waited for over 2 hours when there were 3 people working there and only 2 customers ahead of me. The employees looked at me several times but NOT ONCE asked if I needed help or was ready to check out and yes I DID SIGN IN. I was so furious I said forget it, drove over to the one on McCain Blvd. and as soon as I was over the threshold I had 2 employees asking if I needed help. I was in and out in under an hour and then had my new glasses within 45 minutes. In conclusion, I wouldn't go back to Success Vision on Financial Pkwy if a gun was held to my head. Horrible customer service!!

They don't seem to care about customer service. Your treated like cattle as you go thru the process of getting the glasses ordered. Once they have your payment they are even worse, they will lie to you and say it will be 15 more minutes when they didnt actually check on mine. 20 minutes later the clerk is running around and trying to find my glasses and finally does, only to tell on herself for not checking on the by what I heard from her while she was in the back for the 3rd time. This is not the first time I had problems with this store, but it will be the last time I walk into this brand.

Maybe two or three days and a lot of inconvenience. They have been poor since for the last five years. Only gave a one because no Zero available.

I too felt like the advertising is deceptive. Frame selection is very low quality & extremely limited. After talking to the sales person decided on a trifocal. Apparently it was not measured correctly & I am looking thru a trifocal anytime I wear the glasses. I definitely would not recommend this place. Said they would be ready in 2 hours & it took 3. Now I will have to make another trip since they don’t fit, don’t know if they ever will.

Forget about the bad reviews. That was over a year ago and all is well now. My wife and I both got glasses today and we couldn't be happier. Staff was very helpful and glasses were ready when they told us they would be. And, as the other review stated, Amerine is some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet and the eye examine was very professional and helpful. I will go back and I have been buying glasses for over 30 years!!

Glasses NOT ready in an hour as advertised, and to get the 2 pair for $79 (or less), you only have about 20 frames to choose from. When I went to pick up my glasses a WHOLE DAY AND HALF later, it was an hour and a half wait, not to mention the girl BROKE my frames when first giving them to me! I will not be back!!!

Waited nearly an hour to be waited on, granted they were busy. Ordered a pair of no-line bi-focals - was charged $183 ...was told they would be ready in TWO hours. They weren't. Did not have time to wait another hour for them. Drove back to Little Rock just for that (75 mile round trip) a week later. Small print in the add says the $99 dollars is good for frames that are $20, which are UGLY 1980s style plastic frames; NOT the frames shown in the add for no-line bi-focals.
