We had our first visits today and we are both very impressed. We needed a quick appointment and they scheduled it next day. Dr. Chung was awesome with our 7 month old, and they adjusted their plans to meet our available time restraints. Also made a great deal on glasses and contacts. We will be using them from now on. :)

I have been coming to this office for 23 years even before Dr Chung was there and I absolutely love the customer service and friendly faces. I have a pituitary glad tumor so the Dr. does extra testing on me to keep a close eye on my vision. He has state of the art equipment. And there's a wide selection of frames. I have recommended family and friends over the years and they all have stayed with Dr. Chung. I highly recommend anyone to try them just once and you will become a return customer.

I first met Dr. Chung when I took my 5 kids to him for their exam, he is absolutely fantastic with children of all ages! I then set up an appointment for myself and so glad I did. He discovered that I had papilledema and that I needed to see a neurologist. Dr. Chung saved my eyes and my life. Dr Chung and his staff are friendly and attentive. I buy my contacts from him but I ordered my glasses elsewhere and he was kind enough to adjust them for me to make sure they fit like they were supposed to. They give you choices that is within your insurance and what you really like. You will not be pressured or feel harassed to buy expensive frames or lenses, nor contacts, the secretary is detailed in what your insurance offers and will not be surprised on your bill..

Staff was amazing with my 4 year old!! Doctor was great with my daughter and had so much patience with her (she has the attention span of a squirrel). Would rate a 5 but I feel there could have been a bigger selection of glasses for children. Was not much to choose from and had to talk my daughter into a pair she didn't really want. Other than the glasses selection I would definitely recommend!! My husband and I will be going the next time we need eye exams!!

He checked in to my insurance and found that it would pay for my contacts which saved me a bundle! He's willing to go the extra mile for his patients. Dr. Chung is my eye doctor for life!

I have had two appointments with Dr. Chung. He is an extremely professional specialist. I had a stroke in one eye several years ago and other eye doctors just completely skip over that eye because it is hard to measure the prescription that is needed for me to have the best vision through that eye. Dr. Chung took the extra time to measure that eye very carefully. He also takes the time to explain every detail of the examination process and your eyes' condition to you. I couldn't be happier with any other doctor.

Dr. Chung is a great person in and out. I give a five star just for him. That's how great he is. Very helpful and patience. Also very nice. A doctor everyone would want. But the reason to why it's four is because of the staff that works there. They seem to be helpful too, but just from the look and attitude. They either hate the doctor or their job. I don't understand it even if I wanted to and i dont know the story behind it, but i dont care. Quit if you dont like the place. Ita healthier for yourself. Been a patient for two and half years now and this is everytime I been inside the office. They always have that look in their face when ever the doctor comes out and ask them a question and later walked to the back and the two staff would look at each other and roll their eyes. Really? I don't appreciate that because I like the doctor very much. Not just that but most importantly I don't like people getting treated that way.
