I went here March of 2017. Dr. Scott was excellent, understanding, and very friendly. Sadly, when it came time to order my contacts, I was told it would take 4-6 weeks, which is normal because of my insurance However, I never received a call to tell me my contacts and glasses were in. When I called to check on them, several times, I was always told the same thing, they hadn't heard back from my insurance. (Incredibly uncommon) Several months passed and I called again, they have to refile my insurance. More months passed, no calls, no contacts or glasses. Luckily I had ordered a pair and paid full price so I could get them ASAP. About 9 months after seeing them and still not receiving my products or even a phone call, I asked them to mail my prescription and order from someone else. I got them within 2 weeks. I was delighted to get them so quickly from someone else, but when I got them, my prescription was all wrong! I couldn't see well at all through the contacts. Constantly squinting and rubbing my eyes to just read! I still have to squint to see from the glasses I DID receive. Needless to say, I will NEVER go here again or recommend anyone. The glasses I paid full price for were way too expensive and I never received items ordered.

I wish I could give this a "0" stars. First off, the doctor is pretty good and friendly, but some of the staff there are unknowledgeable and a little rude. After my eye exam, I got a trial of contacts, even with insurance I had to pay around $40 for "fitting". After I left, I got a call that I had to give them my health insurance information because they had to take photos of my eyes. Something that never happened, so she tells me she made a mistake and I went home. I went back a couple of days later to order some contacts, and when I was paying, the woman at the counter said I owed another $40 for fitting, because the contacts I need are for astigmatism. I told her that's pretty bad to have to pay for something that you already paid and thought was already taken care of and that I would write a review, she then said in a non caring way, "that's fine". I came in there in a good mood and left pretty upset. I've gone to many doctors and none were this over-priced, and unprofessional. Don't let the four stars fool you!

My husband and I had our first visit today and it was great until it was time to pick my frames.. the girl tossed a tray of glasses on the table and said pick one. Didn't even look up at me. I looked through and handed her a pair and said I really don't like any of these but I guess I can get these, still not looking at me, she said ok we will call in a couple weeks when they are ready. We were in a hurry so I let her rudeness slide but the more I think about it the angrier I get. I'll defiantly let them know about her behavior tomorrow morning.

Billed my insurance for glasses when I got contacts charge 40 extra for contact fitting and are always booked, my prescription was too weak... now I go to Adams in Morrilton they are great and can get you in in less then a week!!! And they can get your script right!

Need new administration staff. First time I came. I waited in the lobby 2 hours. Second time they called to confirm my appointment because they Had a long waiting list. Even asked me about my insurance. When I came in, they couldn’t see me anyway because my insurance. That would have been nice to know on the phone and you could have given that to someone else had they done their job right. Doctors are great tbo

If you need them to order anything good luck! Took two weeks for them to ship my contacts, sent them to the wrong address. I ordered some from CLK and typed in what I thought was my RX, but it was wrong. The clerks there verified the wrong RX so I ended up wearing the wrong prescription for about two weeks until my order finally came in a month later.

EXPENSIVE AND RUDE, what a rip off!! Extremely unprofessional crooks work here. I was charged way too much for my eye exam, and refused to buy overpriced contacts from them. (I was completely friendly when declining their contacts, said I couldn't afford that price, everything seemed fine) After I left, I tried buying contacts with my prescription that I just paid for, and when the company called to verify my prescription, they denied I had a prescription. Petty, rude, disrespectful! Every employee at this office had their nose in the air at me from the moment I walked in. I have been wearing contacts for over ten years, gotten check ups in three states, plus all over Russellville, and I have never had such an expensive and disrespectful experience. After I was informed that I could not purchase contacts, I called Scott eye clinic to see what the problem was and I was met with nothing but attitude. I will recommend to everyone I know, DO NOT PATRON THIS PLACE.
