DESCRIPTION

Here you will see the opinions of people who used the services of Russellville Eye Clinic PA (Ophthalmologist) in the area close to Arkansas.

At the moment the firm gets a score of 1.7 stars out of 5 and that score has been based on 15 reviews.

As you can see it reaches an reviews average is very low, and it's founded on a large number of reviews, so we may be quite sure that the score is quite reliable. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well, it works.

As you know, we don't usually stop to place feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

I had an appointment and was told to come 15 min early over the phone when I booked the appointment. I called the morning of my appointment to make sure I was at the right place before I walked in. I was rudely told over the phone that I was left a voicemail to come 30 min early. I apologized and said I had written down 15 min. The person who took the call then said “well, I left a message” as if I should feel shameful and then an awkward pause and she not once said if you are on your way you are okay. It was just kind of a sorry your loss tone. I don’t write negative things often but I’m a grown adult and was spoken to so rudely it’s ridiculous.

I worked here for a month. The Dr’s are nice and so are the tech’s, but the front office and insurance lady is rude. I would not recommend working there at all. They also say that they close at 5:00, but you never get out of there until late. There was a few nights that it was after 7:30 before getting out of there.

2:30 appointment didn’t leave until 5:10 and they close at 5. Since I have been here serval patients have walked out. Staff do not even pretend to be apologetic or concerned. Honestly they are a little rude. I have seen them make fun of patients after they get off the phone with them. I do not recommend this place and I’m not a person that typically give bad reviews. I’m pretty laid back and lenient when it comes to reviews. They do have really nice and comfortable chairs in the lobby though. Dr was a good dr though. Just not a very efficient facility.

Terrible service !front desk ladies very very disrespectful they were treating people very rude including me ,the worst eye clinic in Russellville.

I would give them NO stars if I could figure out how. My 84 year old father with chronic and accute pain waited from 10 till 2 before we were able to leave. They did NOT have the facalities for his WHEELCHAIR. I had to verbally stop the attendant before she would answer his questions. She talked so low he could not hear and then YELLED at him when asked to repeat. This was not a raised voice it was an irate yell. He is in a nursing home and our choice of doctors are limited. So we will have to return. If you have a choice....DON'T.o

Just go to Little Rock and skip this place. It is a nightmare.

The doctors and eyeglass fitment personnel are kind and courteous. They listen to your comments and concerns and adjust you accordingly, but I waited for nearly two hours for my appointment, and one of the office workers was so rude that I almost walked out before I even saw the doctor. Go here if you have the time to waste waiting and just want the best doctor you can get for a fair price. Don't go if you have anything to do for the rest of the day, and you can't deal with one rude, middle-aged woman.

Originally I had an eye appointment in December. Knew I needed new glasses old ones weren't working and I was getting head aches. My appointment was at 1 I didn't leave till after 5pm. The tech that I seen the first time was very young and really didn't ask many questions. After waiting forever after seeing the tech I finally seen the doctor I don't feel I was actually heard about things going on. Went next door to find glasses found some I liked ask upfront for a ballpark of what my out of pocket would be was given an answer. Waited for my glasses to come in. When I was called that they were in I went in the same day to pick them up. Price was much more than I was told. About a week and a half I paid and picked them up. Upon leaving I noticed they seemed off but continued home. Noticing everywhere iIlooked made me feel like in a wonky fun house. continued to wear them the rest of the day by the time I went to bed I was dizzy, nauseous, and my head was throbbing so bad. I've worn glasses my whole life but never had this happen before. Woke up the next morning and my head felt a bit better. I used the glasses for a few hrs and noticed the dizzy, nauseous headache was coming back. I tried calling the clinic with the lady on the phone saying that it shouldn't be from the glasses. But transferintr me to the glasses place to talk to him. No answer. I took the time to stop by and face to face talk to the guy. He recommended rechecking with the eye doctor. So I went the next week for another eye exam sat for hrs again. During this visit with the nurse/tech I felt horrible that it was my fault the young tech didn't ask all these questions this lady was. Not my fault no one noticed the head tilt during the exam. I left that room feeling horrible and embarrassed for things no one thought to ask or notice but weren't my fault. After waiting a while longer for the doctor he started to recheck everything. When he noticed me tilting my head he got onto me for it when trying to explain and see what the reason was he gave a quick explanation and moved on. I cried. I've never cried at the eye doctor but I did and he never batted an eye. Just finished the exam I left that room and just wanted to to go home. But still had to go back to the glasses place. Once again trying to explain that one side wasn't right he said well I don't know why they should be right. We will tweek them a bit. So here I sit almost a month and a half still with glasses that aren't right but not wanting to go back and sit for hrs to feel embarrassed or made to feel it's my fault they are wrong. I actually need my glasses to drive and when I wear the to drive I can't even read the street signs until I'm right at them.

Staff is rude.

I scheduled an appointment in August for a routine exam and contact lenses and after numerous visits and clinical errors in ordering the lenses was finally given my prescription in February in order to find someone else who could order them. My charges were in excess of $300 (for visits no fault of my own) and I still do not have anything but a piece of paper to show for it. The clinical staff were nice enough, but the front office was the rudest I've ever encountered in a public oriented business. Never again.
