We had our first appt with my 6 year old. The staff was beyond amazing. They were so patient and kind. They got us right in and the Dr spent an hour with us! I love my eye doctor. Dr. Scott Morris has worked diligently to fit me with contacts, but to no avail due to my farsidedness, astigmatism and the dreaded "old" eyes needing readers. So, had to pick new computer glasses and everyday glasses. They were so patient since it took 1.5 hours to pick the frames.

Everyone here is super nice. They take excellent care of their patients and accept most insurance it seems. They also have no problem if you tell them you're ordering your glasses online. Great experience over all.

It's a nice place but every time I go even if I pay in full I end up getting a bill after, they charge for contact fittings when I've never been charged for that before, and my last appointment in November I ordered contacts through them on my insurance and they never called to let me know they were in, I'm now out of contacts, and called to see if they were in finally and they never ordered them, so I lost my free $100 on insurance from last year and they tried to eat up this year's insurance for me to order me another set instead of making their mistake right. I will not be going back.

Dr. Bell is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. My first experience with this facility came after I started having a major pain in one of my eyes. I was near them at the time and not near my family doctor, so I called them. They told me to come immediately and worked me in as soon as I got there. Dr. Bell performed a procedure that day in-house and got me fixed up. He is absolutely the only eye doctor I will go to and I haven't gone anywhere since.

I went in for a ruitene eye exam and was asked if I wanted to do the optic photo of my eye opposed to the dilation eyedrops. At no point did they attempt to cover the expenses of that option nor did they inform weather or not my insurance would cover. I said sure, and was hit with $30+ at the end of my exam, I related my disappointment and the lack of communication to the women and she kept saying things like that happen sometimes. This was an awful experience and horrible attempt of corrective action on their part as I was still expected ing to pay for that expense. I will not be returning to that clinic nor will my children.

I've been going to Parenti-Morris since 2014. I've really enjoyed Dr. Bell and the staff. They used to have a receptionist who was absolutely rude but since she is no longer there I won't get too deep into that. Overall though I've had little to no issues with this establishment. Heck, they've even gone so far as to give me a free frame when I accidentally damaged my old set and was in-between jobs having no insurance. Really helped me out in a pinch and I greatly appreciate their level of care and service. I will happily continue to be a customer.
