Doctors are good! When you walk in nobody ever greets you or even acknowledges your presence. Optical is very stuffy and seems like a hassle to get anything done. Not very friendly and very slow.

I called in to request an appointment and was "scheduled" to see Dr Hill at 8 am. Went there on the said date and time and was told there was no record showing my appointment yet my info was available on the computer. I asked het why i was asked to come in at 8, she said she did not know as there were "many" people who schedule. Since she was not the one who scheduled so she could not say anything. Really? Will not go back there again.

Great staff, friendly and very helpful in assessing my situation as they provided treatment suggestions to inform me of options available. Dr. Hill & his staff helped me to fully understand the procedures as they also helped calm some fears. I'm in the initial phase of a major upcoming treatment and so far everyone has been super!

Haven't had a bad experience in 10 years.

Dr. McFall is great. The office staff is great... But dealing with the optical department is a huge hastle. After my first exam I was told I HAD to go through their optical department. It cost me an $800 account due to a 30 minute wait and an hour of dealing with an optical specialist. That was last year. When I went to make an appointment this year and called for my script for contacts to be filled due to their scheduling error and my script almost expiring I got a huge run around AGAIN from the optical department. I won't be going back. Huge waste of time and very inconvenient.

1st I went in with an eye infection. Dr. Hill seen me this time. The receptionist was very professional along with pleasant n helpful! After going back in the room with the assistant, she was very sweet, professional. Doing her job, making me feel very welcome n helpful. Dr. Hill comes in the room, introduces himself. Looking things over that she had checked n noted. He then BLOWS UP, yelling at her over 1 test she failed to do! She teared up, apologizing for his behavior. My heart sank for her. He was so very UNPROFESSIONAL! ! After he comes back in the room, his whole demeanor, attitude changed! So sweet etc. Just like he never did anything wrong! This was so very unacceptable. Can we say possibly split personality? Once leaving, I made sure to complain along with informing them, never to ever put me with him again! 2nd visit: I had an eye appointment to get my yearly vision tested. I woke up with shingles on my face. Instead of calling my physician, I went ahead in went in to OEC. Whitney D. McFall, O.D. was who I seen. I couldn't get my vision tested, although she gave me a prescription for my shingles. She prescribed ACYCLOVIR 800MG TB 5 times daily for 10 days. By day 7. I ended up calling my regular physician. Told him this is the worst I have ever had shingles! This time I had them from the corner of my right lip, wrapping around to behind neck to my left ear. Worst was across my eyelids, inside my mouth, nose n ear. He informed me NOT TO TAKE ANOTHER PILL! He called in me a new prescription. This isn't my first rodeo with shingles btw. Due to this, I now have nerve damage in both eyelids. Along with dry eyes due to the nerves not communicating with my tear ducts. I ended up going to Mattax Neu Prater Eye Center in Branson, MO to get punctal plugs inserted in both eyes. Which was $100 cheaper per eye than OEC. Just a word of advice, going to Mattax Neu Prater Eye Center is the best place to get your eyes taken care of! Going a few extra miles will save your eye site! 3rd visit. Finally got to get my yearly check up, it was with Dr. McFall again. Examined vision, conclusion that the glasses I wore on that day, Ive worn for a few years. One that I could see perfectly out of to do my daily work in. Informs me that those glasses, their very blurry!? I was examined for glasses n contacts. I wore out a pair of contacts along with 2 prescriptions. Wore contacts 2 days, I didn't have to work or read because I was seeing blurry for sure! I called OEC, told them what was going on, thought my eyes just needed to get adjusted to them but it wasn't working. So they had to order a pair. my husband went n picked them up. same thing! Blurry! So I called again, same thing, had to order another pair. So finally a pair that I could see a lil better in, it wasn't prefect. By this time, it was getting closer to the year n had to order my year worth of contacts. So calling OEC, informed them i was needing to get my prescription to place my order along with correcting my glasses prescription, it wasn't complete. She told me that they wouldn't complete it, I'd have to come in n order from them. I said ok, I have to get my contact correct prescription. She said which 1 since I got 3 pairs. I said the last pair I received. She said that I walked out with 3 pairs the day of my exam! I said NO! We have made 3 trips to OEC, she argued that I had got them at the same time n they didn't know which 1 was the last 1 I wore. I just said forget it! I'll go somewhere else for another eye exam. She was hateful! Why would I do that!? But I'll leave your prescription at the front desk in an envelope so I can pick it up at my convenience. I told her to throw it in the trash. I won't be back ever! I haven't been back or sent anyone there. Ifound a knowledgeable DR., got my contacts an glasses. Finally about a month later, OEC was gracious enough to waste their stamp to mail me my blinding prescription for my trash! !

Dr. Alison Booth was wonderful, as we're the rest of the staff. Clean, efficient and professional. I felt valued and never rushed. Highly recommended.

My Dr. moved to their company so I thought I would move with her but after dealing with the receptionist I decided to stay at Sneed's because of the kindness and caring staff. Update--- received a call from Ozark Eye Center addressing my complaint and it has been resolved. This has changed my review from a 2 to a 4 and still reqard Dr. Booth as a 5 of 5 and will reconsider using their company as they truly do listen.

The only way I am giving the two stars is that I like my eye Dr.I have been going there for 10 plus years.I often wonder if my Dr. knows how incompetent the reception staff is there .They rarely answer the phone there .When you enter the reception area you are not even greeted .The receptionists are very curt and unfriendly. They drill you like a criminal about your info, ins etc.I feel like their faces would crack if they ever smiled. They misinform you about the timing of your glasses . I was told in mid November that It would take about 2 weeks .They didn't call me until after new years. I tried to call there several times to inquire about my glasses .You are sent to voice mail . I left 2 messages before they returned my calls. They were not even apologetic about the delay. I am seeking a new optical place because of this and it is too bad because I like my eye Dr.
