Had the misfortune of someone sitting on my glasses while I was visiting Bentonville from out of town. The glasses fitting lady took worked her magic for about 3 minutes and my glasses are as good as new. Twenty stars!

Randomly walked in to see if they could fix my crooked glasses, the nice lady fixed them and didn’t charge me anything. I didn’t even get my glasses here. Didn’t take more than 3 minutes. I’m coming here next time I need a new pair!

It's clear that Netzel and his team really care about their patients! This is my second year using this eye clinic and I am very pleased with every interaction I've had. Very friendly and always willing to help out. I had a contact rip the day I put it in, which was also the day before I was leaving for vacation. My scheduled visit wasn't for a couple of weeks, but when I called in the team was happy to set me up with a trial contact to get me through until my appointment. Friendly and thorough!
