Dr. Myers was great at explaining his work and thought process. His office staff however, is unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. No warm smile when you enter. The staff seems to be there for a paycheck only and not to take care of patients or help them. This rate is based off of an office visit and a phone conversation. Dr. Myers you should reconsider your front office staff. Best wishes, -Patient Care Coordinator at local medical office.

I just left this office . The Dr is quiet but great and the staff are friendly but a bit to the quiet side as well . There is nothing wrong with that . They all acted very professional. I would recommend them most definitely. The Dr is honest and did a throughout exam . My 1st time ordering a pair of glasses at the optometrist office but I did because the staff was nice . Cheers. i ordered contacts 2 weeks ago, paid for them up front, and they never called me to tell they came in. When i called them to see if they had my contacts the lady told me they sent them back because no one claimed them.

My 2 kids and myself have been using Dr Myers for all of our glasses and contacts needs for about the last 7 years. Dr. Myers has helped my son and daughter since they were 6 years old. He corrected my sons vision 1 year and my son staring hitting and catching better on his travel baseball team. Can't say enough nice things, except thank you.

This is an amazing clinic! I absolutely loved it. I had been going to Brandon Eye Clinic for 7 years. I was unhappy with a number of things so I decided to try Myers. Customer service is VERY important to me and they definitely have it. I was under the impression that I would have to pay for the appointment myself but then Dr. Myers went the extra mile to ask the ladies in the front if they could double check to see if my insurance would cover it and they did! It seemed as though he really didn't want me to have to pay it myself if I didn't have to. That is a big indicator that they genuinely care about their patients. All in all a great clinic and will definitely be my new eye doctor from now on.

It's really difficult for me to wear glasses, as I don't use them on a daily basis and am not used to having them on every single day. I put them on and take them off all the time. Don't use them one day but the next day I do. I've had many pairs broken and the arms of the glasses detached cause of too many taking them off/on of course due to accidents as well. I scheduled an appointment to see if I can receive contacts, preferably colored contacts. They checked my vision and told me I was available and able to get contacts with my insurance. I Let the doctor know ahead of time I wanted colored contacts though. A lady told me the consultation was $40 and I was set to get me my contacts. knowing I wanted colored contacts. they charged me $40 afterwards only to have them tell me they no longer make colored contacts for the "vision" I have. I was no longer amused

Poor communication and scheduling. Called and scheduled a visit a week prior, when it was time for the appointment the Dr. Was on his way out. My drive from Bentonville was now pointless.

My daughter visited Dr Myers today. Do not take your kids here. He has no patience and no compassion for scared children. From the moment he walked in, he was so dry and unfriendly. My daughter gets very intimidated at any kind of doctors visit. I had already warned the ladies that she was nervous. He was very impatient when she was trying to answer his questions. There came a time where he said he was going to give her eye drops. She was afraid. I told him that she was scared, he smittenly said she'd be alright. Clearly he didnt know her. He proceeded to bark orders at her telling her to look up, she began getting visibly upset. Instead of walking her through it and trying to explain what he was going to do, he just walked out of the room and sent one of the ladies in. This guy was the worst. She felt comfortable with me giving the eye drops so we got that done. The two ladies that work in the front were so awesome. They were kind, patient, they talked her through what they were doing, reassured her and encouraged her. They even went out of their way to find her a pencil so that she could do homework when we first arrived. If he is this much of a jerk to these wonderful ladies, I feel so sorry for them. Maybe it's just children that he doesn't have the patience for. He could learn a lot from those ladies. When he was done, he just turned around and said I can go pick up the prescription or whatever I want to do. He did say that she may not be able to see close up but when I asked him to explain, he acted like he didn't want to do that either. This was our first and last time here. Sorry ladies that you have to be lumped into this bad review. You deserved 10 stars. He deserved 0 if I could. Oh, I noticed while I was waiting to pay...he lit up when talking about his team he coached to another parent. Like a totally different person. It would benefit him greatly to be that friendly with all of his patients, not just chosen ones.
