I work in the medical/dental field and normally wouldn't leave a bad review. However, I came to their office over a year ago for exam...I didn't see the doctor I was scheduled with it was a younger doctor. Then he pushed the eye surgery on me...I get informing patients but he was almost refuses to give me contacts! Then after giving all my insurance information they filed it with the wrong company and because of their fault with my balance they refused to send me my prescription so I could go else where and not have to pay for another exam. Now once it was expired they faxed it right over. Customer service is horrible, and when you do insurance for a living its hard for me to understand A why they couldn't get it right and B why I am at fault for their negligence. I have contacted my insurance and over a year later still NO claim for my exam. Wish I could give no stars but makes you give at least one to leave a review. I have found another eye doctor in Bryant worth the drive!

I wasn't very impressed with their service. Dr. Long was very nice and friendly, but his staff wasn't professional and spent most of the time talking to one another. It also took over two weeks to get my lenses, and I had to call them to find out they were ready. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but they told me they'd be ready in 4-5 days and never updated me on the delayed time schedule. Dr. Long is a good doctor, he just needs to work on his staff.

Dr. Long prescribed glasses I didn't need and refused to refund me and still has the glasses in his possession. This was nearly two years ago and he has YET to do the right thing. If you are a diabetic, DO NOT visit this clinic. I had to learn my lesson the hard way.

The staff was friendly and I was going back to start all the vision checks in about 10 minutes. Dr. Long and Dr. Brown have both had the pleasure of working with the genetic jokes I call eyes, and both are genuinely concerned that I am happy and comfortable with the contacts they prescribe. In one visit, I went through four pair of trials before deciding which I was most comfortable with. They never showed the slightest hint of displeasure at my indecision; quite the opposite, they offered negative characteristics of each contact that I would want to pay special attention to. I am absolutely happy with the care I receive and would recommend them to everyone.

It's been almost 3 months and I still haven't received my glasses when I was told it would not take longer than 4weeks. Every time I call they say when they will call me back when the doctor is in but never do. I called last week and they said they did not know what was taking so long so they would call me back when they find out. I still haven't received a call

I still haven't received my order yet been almost three months they lost them in the mail . They have to redo the Damm order. They can't tell me when they get here. That place sucks. don't ever go there.
