Everyone was amazing but the person where the glasses are, she has the nastiest attitude. Doctor hall was great and the her assistant was real cool.

DO NOT GO HERE ! I gave them all of my correct contact information. Yet I called them a month later as to why they were trying to send my bill to collections. They told me they've been sending notices to me about my bill. I asked what address they were sending it to. And they told me a TOTALLY DIFFERENT address than I had given them. But they said they also had my correct address. But they decided to send my mail to this mysterious address instead ! They are literally rude and unorganized. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE.

I wish i could give them a zero star!Worse place ever! prices are outrageous even with insurance, please do you a favor don't go there. Harassment phones calls threatening to send me to collection even thought i pay my balance account, it take them 7 days to process payment, had to call and ask them to post my payment. Never again!

I'm very happy I was referred here. Staff was courteous and easy to talk to about all my concerns. I was a little early for all my appointments (four) and didn't have much of a wait time. I didn't at all feel like I was just another patient run through a mill. I've had eye issues all my life but this is the first anyone has ever taken the time to make sure I understood what was going on. Very professional, very caring, very knowledgeable.

Loved them.. Everyone was so nice and very professional, they did wonders with my 7 year old and made her visit a smooth easy process she's wore glasses for the last four years and no other doctor eye doctor treated her as well as they did. Will deffinantely be taking her back.

Who ever makes the appointments for Monica Hall is rude and don’t seem to like her job,for my kids to be new Patients she sure is not welcoming and hang up in people face, if you don’t like sitting on your but and making appointments find another job, hopefully the eye doctor isn’t this nasty, if so won’t be seeing me

After using 2 insurances plus paying, still had a balance. what a Back Door Robbers they are... And they have good Doctors up front so they can Rob you on the back end. How Sad Is That....

Absolute worst place to go to & work for. Management is horrible & everything is ridiculously expensive. ALSO, staff is very unfriendly. From front desk, to contact lenses. Turnover rate is at an all time HIGH & there are plenty reasons why!!! They have dumbasses working as supervisors so you won't get anything solved if you have a problem. VERY unprofessional, save yourself the drama & go elsewhere!

Wonderful visit with Dr Severin Pouly who is a cornea specialist and does LASIK as well. Very caring and attentive.

Dr. Severing Pouly is the greatest. He operated first on my left eye to remove a ptergium in October I think. Left eye cataract June 25th and right eye cataract surgery on July 24th of 2019. Everything is great. God blesses all operations. Thank you Dr. Pouly.
