This is the BEST place to go for eye care. The doctor is superb and the staff are so nice and make you feel so comfortable. There is no one ( in my opinion, better than Dr. Jefferies and his staff!). Love them, Becky Booth

I have been going to these people for 4 years. I have NEVER, not even one time I have I ever left happy. Have left me in the waiting room for over an hour, today, I was 10 minutes late after a 3 hour drive to get there (an accident at the exit 2 blocks from there made me late)and the front staff lady that has always been there was just mean. Made me cry. Acted as if she personally controlled the planet and could judge you accordingly. Has made me cry often, talks to me like I am stupid. Customer service should matter no matter the buisness. You shouldn't employ an old hateful bully. Period.
