Was told by optician that it would be 3 or 4 days to get glasses. Called on 4th day and was told would be 7-10 business days. If they cannot tell you the truth about that, then what other things have I been told that are not true, like quality of lenses and frames and the warranty they sell you. This review will be updated when I finally get the glasses

The optomologist on staff rushed my exam, then the secretary tried to sell me the most expensive lens. My perscription was 100% wrong, and when i went to get a refund I found another woman complaining about her glasses! DON'T go here for service!

Katie made my experience absolutely marvelous, with her Outstanding Customer Service, all my questions were answered and explained very well, I had her to quote me a price on several pair of glasses, and she didn't bat an eye, took her time and gave me each quote, yes I will return for service and I will recommend others to JCPENNEY Optical, for all their eyeglass or contact needs...

Extremely impressed with the courtesy, friendliness, and GREAT attitude of Brian: even when I came in on his lunch hour, he opened up the shop and helped me out. No one's been rude, but Brian excels. This optical shop's a hidden gem.
