She is incredibly rude. Never going here. Please go anywhere else she is not friendly as someone in this profession should be.

Don't expect to be treated kindly by this office! Our family of five used her for years, when she was located at Walmart. Our Military Health insurance, Tricare, pays for an eye exam every 2 years. My son is due for his next appointment in March 2017, and he is out of contacts. So, we went in and tried to get a prescription so he could get some eye glasses. They wrote "Expired" on it and gave it to us anyway (gee, thanks). We couldn't get it filled. Then, I tried to reorder 1 box of contacts for each eye, thinking we could make it until March, well, she made sure that got cancelled too. Then, to top it all off, I found out that she wouldn't even scheduled him an appointment until January!! So, she expects him to go blind until January, and then, she would also like to go ahead and charge me for the exam too. NICE!
