After specifically stating I didn't want any tests my insurance would pay for, I get a bill 6 months after my visit. Very disappointing. The receptionists were to busy talking to each other to help me on my first visit. I waited for 15 minutes just to get an appointment with no one in front of me.

What a great new office was our first take and then seeing the familiar faces lessened the anxiety. Staff was very friendly and helpful in our search for new frames. Dr. Brady does a detailed exam and gets us to where we can see. I love this office.

The staff and doctors are excellent! They are all so friendly, down to Earth and knowledgeable about frames for glasses and contact lenses. The scheduling process was easy and I usually don't have to wait long at all for my contacts or my frames/lenses to come in. Our entire family have gone there for years and we won't go anywhere else. Not to mention, the new building is fantastic! Go check them out, you'll be glad you did.

Had to go back a few times after my initial exam because they could not get my prescription right. They redid my exam and said that they were way off on the original the 2nd set was way wrong as well, I could see better without them than I could with them. So other than trying to make sure their patient has gotten the care that they need and getting the prescription correct they didnt want to help anymore they refunded my insurance and me and said they couldn't help me. Bad thing is that my insurance only pays for one exam a year so I have to wait a year to get another exam from another doctor unless I want to pay out of my pocket. My initial exam cost wasnt refunded, the money my insurance and I paid for the glasses was, so I still have to walk around with poor vision.

The staff are great BUT I was told my co-pay would be $30. Then I go to pay my bill and it was $65. I ask why and was told it was my co-pay plus the "refraction" fee. I ask what this is and they say it's for me to get tested for glasses. I told them I didn't ask for glasses, I went for a eye exam because of my floaters not for my eye prescription to change or be tested. No one at any time told me they were doing a additional test at a additional cost. I was not told or asked before I was charged this extra amount. At the beginning of my appointment i signed paperwork and checked off what I wanted done to my eyes. This was not on my checklist. Not professional at all....

They are always nice, friendly, and most of the time they are pretty fast. I've been going here for nearly five years now and I only have good things to say about them. My family wont go anywhere else but here. Keep up the great work.
