I always get nervous going to the doctor, expecting for them to tell me the worst when I have been experiencing discomfort. As a new person to the area, the Fayetteville Eyecare Clinic welcomed me with open arms to the area and answered all of my (over googled) questions about my eye health! Making an appointment was incredibly easy and Dr. Vanderbush gave me a comprehensive exam to ensure that my new perscription was balanced and I was seeing the best that I could! And a special shoutout to Darren who didn't make me feel like a dummy when I forgot to fill out some of the new patient forms and who offered payment options to break up the expense of eyecare + corrective lenses. Thanks Eyecare Clinic for a great appointment!

Dr. Vanderbush does such a good job. I was having some issues with contacts, and he kept trying different solutions until he found something that worked. The staff is super friendly, as well.

Called at 2pm hoping by a long shot to get in by the next morning before a vacation but they were able to get me in within 30 minutes. By the end of the visit I had contacts for my trip and everyone was super helpful and friendly and saved me a ton of money.

Had an issue with them, they called me to personally clear it up, and went above and beyond to make it up to me... Greatly appreciated. Update... got a bill for the contacts I told them they didn't have to give me for my son to "make up for the misunderstanding"... not a normal bill, a your account is severely past due(on a product you didn't order, and we insisted on giving you to make up for you leaving unsatisfied)...

The staff at Fayetteville Eyecare are always helpful and friendly. They even printed off a copy of my regular insurance for me when my place of employment failed to give me a card! Also, they are great at making sure I receive the best deal on my contacts and information on rebates. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been to a few different eye doctors in my lifetime, but Fayetteville Eyecare clinic is by far the best! Dr. Vanderbush is an amazing optometrist, and his office staff is the most friendly staff! Super helpful staff. Informative in all sorts of ways like insurance, lens materials, eye health and conditions, and so on. Sean is hilarious and everyone is easy to talk to. On top of this, their prices are the lowest I've found in the NWA area. Couldn't recommend them more.

Dr. Vanderbush and his team are always 110% friendly and helpful. One of his team was talking to me via email all week because I work and was unable to call or go in and he was so accommodating. I finally got a chance to make it in there this afternoon and I was being super picky about my frames but they remained patient and tracked down the frames I wanted online. Super patient, kind, and friendly. I've been a patient for years and I'll be a patient for years to come.

I really like Dr. Vanderbush. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and does a great job explaining concepts. The reception staff is always really nice to me as well! I had fun trying on lots of glasses, and they were very timely getting my contact order in.

I recently made an appointment at this clinic. I had been experiencing some symptoms with my left eye that had me feeling rather anxious. Immediately upon arriving, I was welcomed and made to feel relaxed. Everyone was so professional and genuinely friendly!! Dr. Vanderbush was patient and caring. He explained exactly what was going on and how "we" could make it right. That statement let me know that he was actually concerned about my long term eye health and that he would be available to assist me in maintaining it. My next visit will include a routine vision exam and new glasses. My only regret is that I didn't go in sooner. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Absolutely Horrible!!! Unprofessional! The lady at the front desk looked like she was a ditsy blonde who should be working at a nail salon with crazy long pink nails and pink eye shadow. The new young eye doctor is a scam artist! I was fine when I walked in and when I took my contacts out to take an eye exam I got a piece of fuzz in my eye. The eye doctor offered to remove it so I let him. When he was done I went to pay for the eye exam check up and the lady said I owed them a $100 extra on top of the jacked up price I had been originally paying when professional ppl and doctor worked there before. Helping someone get something out of their eye that they got from your clinic and charging a $100 without telling them is a scam. I can get my own fuzz out of my eye n charge u $100.

First time at this clinic; got my yearly eye exam. I felt very well taken care of by Dr. Vanderbush and his staff. I needed some new frames, and they had a great selection. Shaun (hope I'm spelling that right) was super friendly and helpful when it came time to pick 'em out. All in all, they've got a convenient location, excellent staff, and a thorough, professional doctor. What more could you want?
