Dr. Kim is absolutely the best! I have been a patient since 2007, and I've moved away from the area over four years ago, but I will still drive almost 30 minutes to for my annual check ups because of how wonderful they staff, and service is here! You are family not just another patient. BEST OPTOMETRY OFFICE IN ARKANSAS!!

I have been taking my daughter to Kim since she was about 10..When she had her office in Lakewood. My daughter is now 25 and she still goes to Kim. I'm writing this review because I think people should know how good Kim is, we moved to Texas 4 years ago and the eye doctor here sucks...We travel to back home to Arkansas to see Kim, In Texas I paid over $500 dollars for some name brand frames, but that was all I paid for because I can't see out of them, I will be going to see Kim myself in March...Can't wait I know she will fix me up, my daughter has been wearing glasses since she was about 5..Kim has her wearing contacts and she can see really well, I know I will get the same results. By the way...Her staff is awesome too.

I took my daughter to her back in January. And she diagnosed her with far siteness, and prescribed her glasses for reading. I looked at the prescription and decided on ones off the shelf. She continued to complain of not being able to still see at a distance. I finally took her to a ophthalmologist. The diagnosis was near sited, and her prescription was totally different. My daughter now has glasses with correct prescription. The insurance only pays for one eye exam a year which was use here but see my daughter light up being able to see was well worth the cost of the visit and new glasses. So don't waste your time with the eye doctor clinic.

Glasses didn't last a year before they broke. Replaced them since they were under warranty. Broke the same way again in less than a year. When I went back, they basically told me they couldn't be fixed and I could get new ones in October. Lol guess I don't have to see until then. Also, tried a new brand of contacts and did some research to find that they're apparently known for causing increased infections. Staff, in general, seemed unfriendly most of the time. Very disappointed.

An outstanding experience. Dr. DeVitt is friendly and professional as is her staff. For simple single lens frame prescriptions, they have their in-house facilities to expedite your glasses. I've used a few optometrist over the years and she is by far my favorite. I highly recommend Dr. DeVitt.

Had a pair of glasses that one lens was broken. Tried several different places in Sherwood, and NLR. Best price I could get was $300.00. One place said they could not even fix....Stop by the Eye Doctor because it was the last place close to home. $185.00. Will never go anywhere else. The Eye Doctor regularly donates old glass, and or lenses to the Lion Clubs. These glasses will be cleaned, repaired, and sent to 3rd World countries.

They were able to correct my vision to 20/25 when the best others could do was 20/40. The world is a lot more sharp and crisp now. I am really satisfied with my visit to the Eye Doctor.
