Once again I applaud Dr. Stepanie Willett and her technician/assistant Ashley. I received a thorough exam and was treated very well. Each one of these ladies has a great personality and "bedside" manner. Thank you each for taking great care of me!

I saw Dr. Willett during my visit, who was great. All of the people I encountered during my visit were very attentive, friendly and professional. Waiting room was full and I was seen and treated quickly. Update: I was quoted a self-pay price at another eye clinic of $175 for what I needed done. After I was told this place accepted my insurance and paid my $50 co-pay, I was sent a bill for $300. The issue was a referral. After getting the referral sent from my PCP and talking with someone at the clinic. I have been sent another bill for $300. After putting drops in my eye the Doctor took a q-tip and wiped an object out of my eyelid. I have had this same thing done twice before at another clinic and the Doctor charged me $25 each time.

Wonderful, amazing, patient, friendly and knowledgeable are just a few words I'd use to describe the lovely ladies that assisted my daughter today. She was so nervous and scared but they made the experience fun for her. We spent a long time here but her being almost 7 and never having an eye exam they made sure to check everything! Dr. Arnold and her tech Shannon were the absolute best!! They took the time to listen to her without rushing us and made her feel comfortable. Regardless of how she was doing with each step Shannon made sure she gave her a high five and told her what a great job she was doing. It made her more confident and less afraid. My daughter hugged both of them before leaving and skipped on out like it was no big deal. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me in getting the right information for her insurance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
