Waited for 30 minutes trying to order glasses. Was not greeted and nobody spoke to me the entire time. They were busy but no excuses for not greeting or telling someone you will help them ASAP. Also, they don’t have prices on their frames so you have to wait to speak to someone just to find out pricing.

Went in for my first appointment at this facility and they told me they don't accept my insurance even though I am able to use any provider that I want. They didn't feel like helping me figure out my insurance because I have no idea how it works so I went to a different optometrist that was willing to help me figure it out. Now they've lost a customer for life all because they wouldn't pick up the phone.

This place is extremely unprofessional, rude and a waste of time. Set my appointment showed up early as requested provided what i feel is far to much personal info for an eye doctor to ask for and then waited half an hour past my appointment time before asking how much longer it would be as I only had so long scheduled off work. The lady at the desk was rude told me if i wasn't willing to wait just leave. I asked for my personal info back as they had no right to it as I was now not gonna be a patient as I didn't care for their unprofessional-ism , she refused to return my info. I advised if she attempted to bill me or my insurance for their non-service I would sue the for fraud and left. I have filed a complaint against them with my insurance provider advising how unprofessional they where and that no service was actually provided. Avoid this place unless you just really want to waste your time.

There are definitely multiple layers of care before you actually see a Doctor. One person for checkin, another person for preliminary testing, then wait, then another who takes you to another exam room to wait, and then finally the doctor. After that you get ushered to buy glasses there (chose not to) by another person, and then a final person for checkout and payment. Everyone was kind and efficient, but it is definitely more an eye hospital form of care. Their kindness and efficiency is what has made me go back each time.

I've been coming here for several years for basic annual check-ups, to get a new pair of glasses each year. Never met Dr. Ennen, but Dr. Laster does a good job. Quite frankly, all of the staff there (with the exception of a few that I'll bring up shortly) can be unfriendly or just flat-out rude. None of them really smiled at me or made any attempts to be nice, and this is over the course of about 8 years. For the most part, they're just very dull, go through the routine of the job without any emotion, don't seem to have any actual interest in what they're doing, and then once you're done, they want you out of there. I've tolerated that because I'm just very uncomfortable with anything coming near my eyes, and Ennen is a place that I'm used to. And while they are all those things that I said, they do their best when I'm having trouble getting through just the basic check-up. The real reason I keep coming back though, and the reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 or 2, is because of the excellent ladies who help you get a new pair of glasses when all that is said and done. They are VERY friendly and make the process so fun and easy, especially Carrie and Chelsea. They're not going to lie to you; they want you to walk out of there looking good! It usually takes a week or less for your new glasses to be ready. I can't say enough good things about them. If it weren't for them, I would've started going somewhere else a long time ago.

They refused to give me a full copy of my prescription, including pupillary distance. These guys are scam artists and have to hog all the dollars for themselves. I paid for a service and you refuse to give me the information about the results of the service - WHICH I PAID FOR! I will never go here again. I'm gonna do a dispute through my credit card company. I'm getting my money back.

The staff at Ennen Eye Center have always treated me courteously and with respect. I consider Dr. Randy Ennen more than my eye doctor, he is a friend. He always takes the time to talk to me and ask how I'm doing. He makes sure, that if I have any problems, before I see him again at my next appointment, to give him a call.Dr. Ennen truly cares about his patients and I would refer him to anyone, who is looking for a ophthalmologist.

If u get there at ur appointment time, u get n pretty fast. They have lots of patients so like any Dr office it depends on the # of patients. My experience was fine. I had surgery so of course it wasn't in and out. They r always courteous and professional. I recommend them highly.

Do NOT make an appointment here. Doctor was nice. HOWEVER, it took me 4 hours for an eye appointment. And then I had to come back for a contact fitting for the same contacts I've worn for the past 5 years. The contact fitting took 2 hours!!!! Unbelievable to be waiting this long. I would choose another place for sure unless you feel like spending half your day at the eye doctor.

Worst eye experience I've ever had. Took 3 visits of wrong contacts for them to ask me what my previous perscription was... and then give me the same prescription. I wasted so much time here for them to give me the exact same prescription. Please stay away from them. I regret coming here. I wouldnt use them again if they were the only place in town that accepted my insurance.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This place is extremely unprofessional! I made the appt one and half months prior to this arriving at this appt. at that time I was informed 10 days before they decided to stop taking my insurance! I got all three of my children out of school for this appt and didn’t want the day to be wasted so agreed to let them charge my medical insurance instead of my vision. I paid over 300 for a copay to see the doctor that day. Their glasses center also refused to take my insurance so I went across town to eyemart and got glasses. He changed my prescription and made It LESS than It was before and I told him the previous eye doctor tried this and It didn’t work. (I’ve been going back to same script for 3 years no matter how i “test”) I called today to get a recheck because eyemart won’t remake the glasses without a change in prescription and eyemart checked the glasses and they are correct to the prescription he prescribed which is WRONG! they want me to come in and guess what are going to charge me ANOTHER $25 to check glasses that eyemart has already checked and confirmed it’s not the glasses it’s the prescription! This place is about taking as much money as they can from you and not about customers! I’m so upset and frustrated I’m out over $500 total for glasses and visits and they refuse to give me a correct prescription without me paying again!! I will file every complaint possible against them on every platform I can and will dispute this on my medical insurance also!

I highly recommend Dr. Ennen, he does a great job and is very caring bout his patients, he talks to you bout your eye surgery and afterwords he cares enough to call and check on you to see how your doing and if you have any questions or concerns. The staff is very nice and caring also.

First time appointment here since my regular eye doctor Dr. Schluterman shut his clinic down and joined Ennen Eye Center. Frankly I am very dissatisfied with this Eye center. It took me 3 hour for and eye appointment and then they charged me all these extra fees and copay that I never had to pay when Dr Schluterman had his own clinic and with that said me and my family will not be back next year. I don't want to take anything away from Dr. Schluterman he is a wonderful doctor and if he was to open his clinic back up I would come back.

Dr. Schluterman and front staff were great. I however did not think the girl who brought me back was very friendly. There was another staff member in the room and they whispered the whole time so I felt like they were talking about me. During my exam I could tell she was getting frustrated at me reading the letters. Every other staff member was excellent and friendly. Will continue to come here.

I tried to order glasses for them and the service was horrid. I came into the store and picked out which glasses I wanted and asked one of the employees if they had the frames in a different color. She wrote down my name, number, and the frame information and said she would call me back in a couple of days. A week passes by and I call about the frames. I had a different girl tell me the price and the availability of the glasses and asked if I could get a quote on the frames and the lenses and they would not run my insurance if I was not there in person. I came into the center a week later and filled out all the information they needed to process my order for my frames and my lenses including my insurance, my prescription, and my choice of lenses. The person that helped me clearly typed all my information into her computer and said that my lenses would arrive in 5-10 business days. Two and a half weeks later, I decide to give them a call about my order and I was told that they have NO records of my order and that the girl was supposed to replace my order was not available anymore. They told me that I could just pay for the frames that came in and order the lenses with them again. When I told the girl that I was going to go with a different company, she said that it was fine since my prescription was with another place anyway. That prescription was handed to them when the order was processed meaning someone did not choose to do their job and disregarded everything for whatever reason and that they did have all my paperwork on them. In total, I spent over a month to get a pair of glasses that I never received and would never recommend this place to anyway. My experience is solely based off the store and not with any doctors for eye exams.

Said to me after spending 45 mins past my appt time and a ton of my money just to get a pair of glasses, that my glasses would be back in 1 week. Called this morning ,being day 8 , glasses still aren't there. They told me on the phone it would be 7-10 days. Service is not what i exspected. Guess I'll go back to my other means of getting my glasses. At least they come back when THEY say thier supposed to. And about the service i mean the people up front. The Dr was very nice and professional. And so was the gal that helped wirh my frames.

Went last week for eye exam. Barbara at front desk was very nice. The next two people saw was not friendly at all. Dilated my eyes, had me look at frames while they were dilating. Took me back to see doctor, took him an hour to come see me. Maybe was in the room 5 to10 minutes. Then went to look at glasses. They quoted me a price. Had to go get money and come back. When I went back they added more to the price then what they originally told me. Hope the glasses are better then their office service is. I finally got my new glasses and I HATE them. Worse pair of glasses I have ever had. Been wearing glasses for 40 years.

If you need eye care I would recommend Dr Ennen. Him and his staff are very caring and courteous. Dr Ennen is so nice. Soft spoken and kind. A+ for everything and everyone there.

I love the staff at the Ennen Eye Center. They're all very friendly and great to work with. I have dealt with the girl in the contact/glasses center the most and can't think of a time that I have ever had a bad experience. Kerri and her staff have always been professional and treated me with the utmost respect. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Laster and the staff to anyone I come in contact with. If I could give it 6 Stars I would.

Asked to have contacts for my daughter, they said she was too young, 14, we told them it’s what we wanted they said ok. After done we were told that had not done it for contacts Now having to pay for contacts somewhere else. They are terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr was great, very friendly and genuine. Jade in the glasses shop is the one who helped me order my glasses and she was fantastic! Super sweet! Loved my experience will be going back!

I highly recommend Dr Ennen. The V.A. allowed Ennen Eye Care to remove the cataracts in both of my eyes. As a 66 year old I’m here to tell anyone who would read this that Dr Ennen and his staff are the best! Treated me like I was family. I am so pleased with the outcome. Dr Ennen is highly professional and provides cutting edge procedures. The front desk is wonderful, however the insurance administrators in the surgery center are less than adequate; I spent over a week (doing their job) seeking surgical clearance (that actually required no pre-certification or pre-determination) because they were not capable of resolving it themself. I use him because of his abilities and the trust I have in him, and worked around the insurance assistance in the surgery center (btw surgery nurses are great). Dr Ennen is well worth the negativity recently experienced. I have expert experience in educating people in providing excellent service, and have educated people for 36 years regarding customer service and leadership, so I know what is expected to remain successful and customer friendly. I highly recommend Dr Ennen and his nursing staff! 5 PLUS!
