I was told on the phone they take Humana insurance. Went in for my appointment and after a bunch of technical jargon about riders and Imed they said they won't take the insurance. They offered me a "discount" off full price/uncovered. Thanks for nothing, I took time off work for this!!!

Dr. Decker is great. He's very professional and thorough, but also very polite. He's the best eye doctor I've been to in the town. Edited: After an honest, but not 5 star review, Dr. Decker called me to review my issues and make sure I had the proper information. Like I said, best eye doctor in town.

This is my eye doctor. After going to Bozman-Hoff for over 15 years, Doctor Decker finally found and fixed the problem I had with my right eye constantly tearing up. He is a great eye doctor and takes time to listen and diagnose. He also explains things so you can understand.

Visited to the center one Friday and requested to do a simple eye exam and was told to call over the phone to make appointment (I was physically in the building). Called sometimes on the week after and was told that they have no availability until the next following Friday at 11.30. We agreed and booked the schedule. 11.25 - arrived at the eye center 11.30 - waiting in line 11.35 - was told to fill out a form of personal information 11.40 - waiting 11.45 - waiting 11.50 - finally was called to do initial glaucoma screening which took about 5 mins 11.55 - taken to a small room where we ran a quick exam on letter in different sizes 11.57 - was told that the Dr. will be there shortly 12.00 - waiting 12.05 - waiting 12.10 - waiting 12.15 - waiting 12.20 - stepped out and left the place. Settings were relaxed (overly too relaxed), no sign of busyness. I feel that time was not a priority and a non-valued matter. Estimated time for a simple eye exam would be 1.5 - 2 hours which in my opinion is excessively lengthy. If your time is valuable, do yourself a favor and find a different eye center.
