Well, that was a complete waste of time. I checked the girls out of school to go to the eye doctor. I made this appointment in JULY and stated that the girls have double insurance coverage through both VSP and Arkids 1st. No problem, I was told. Showed up today, filled out all the paperwork, and then was told VERY RUDELY that they aren't accepting any new Arkids patients and they will not bill the insurance. Normally, anything the primary insurance doesn't cover, the Arkids picks up. I was told that it won't here, and they won't bill it. It will, if they will bill it, they just refuse to do it. I then asked if I would be expected to pay the difference today or if they would bill me, and I was told that yes, I will have to pay. I said I guess you just lost two bookings, then. What really prevented them from disclosing this information up front? I could have made them an appointment somewhere else to begin with. The way the person "handled" it was not right at all. The lady at the front desk was very nice and seemed apologetic, but there's no excuse for whoever that other woman was to talk to me the way she did.

I seriously wish I could give this place 0 stars. I made an appointment over a month ago solely because the woman who answered the phone assured me they took my insurance. Fast forward a month to today when I go to my appointment and the receptionist says she can not find my insurance. She tries looking it up with my name, birth date, even asks me to say my SS# aloud in the lobby in front of other patients. I ask her if she'd like to see my insurance card (thinking maybe she could look up the group or policy # on it) and she replies, "they don't usually issue insurance cards but sure." Like I was some kind of idiot who was making it up that I had insurance or something? Like I'm carrying around some fake vision insurance card? What?? Gave her the card, she looked at it, said she still couldn't find me. I walked back out to my car and decided to call my providers help # (located on my imaginary vision insurance card) who finally told me that the issue is that they don't even take my insurance! What a waste of time! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time on these rude and unprofessional people!

I have taken all four of my daughter to this clinic for years. I love the staff and Dr Canfield is amazing. She always takes her time with each one of my children and makes sure there prescription ar e correct. One of my daughter decided she wanted contact she helped her get in a set that was comfortable and easy to get in and out. We tried several pairs before she decided on a pair that felt good in her eyes. Never once did they act anyway other than kind to us all

I had ordered contacts after a eye exam with them and they placed the order, when I received them they were the wrong prescription and they refused to return them and made me pay for them anyway even though it was their mistake

Wish I could give 0 stars. I called about 6 different times before scheduling an appt for my husband, each time talking to different people. Each time I called, I specifically asked how much a CONTACT exam is, which i was told all 6 times itd be between $50-$70, usually closer to 70. The 7th time I called, I confirmed the price and specifically told them he needs a CONTACT exam. They charged him $88 and gave him a GLASSES exam. TRAIN YOUR STUPID FREAKING STAFF ON YOUR PRICES AND POLICIES. We will NOT be back, and will definitely be spreading the word. Screw this place, they're a joke. Sadly, walmart is more reliable.

DO NOT GO HERE. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had. First time I went I had a good experience. Next time I had to wait 2 hours to be seen and I was on time for my appointment, I had to cancel two meeting, as it takes two months to get an appointment. So my next appointment I was late 15 minutes and they refused to see me. So my time is not as valuable as theirs. Now I went in again had my exam and ordered new glasses. When they came in they were not the ones I ordered. Instead of making it right, they accused me of lying and said I had to pay for something I did not order. Where has customer service gone? They were very rude, and have no concept of customs service. When I told them to cancel and refund me they refused, even though my insurance company has already paid, they will not refund me my out of pocket expenses. Completely unacceptable. Dr Daiber won't even have the decency to speak with me directly, only the staff members who made the mistake in the first place. If I could give less than a star I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Absolutely wonderful place and staff. Rebecca is one of the nicest individuals I have encountered. I do not even live in Arkansas. I was there on work and one of my contacts ripped. I did not have any extras, they were back in Texas. So I called hoping to be able to get a set, so I could get back home without squinting the entire way. She just asked to show proof of my current prescription and she would help me out. If I lived around here, I would definitly go here for my vision needs!
