I normally would not write a review but I feel I must... I was in much need of glasses after breaking mine a couple of years ago and just tired of buying readers every month, which I only need them to read with. I just moved back to Pine Bluff and knew nothing about the best place to get glasses but since I pass this establishment daily I decided to stop here.. Problelm 1- When I entered the office I signed my name and seated myself and the gentleman behind me followed suit.. The receptionist at the front desk was so non concern, unfriendly, and just not pleasant.. Problem 2- I have insurance from my job and I found a pair that I half way liked but was told they was place in the wrong section and that employment insurance and Medicaid glasses are in this small section and it was absolutely nothing to chose from.. The lady dug a pair from somewhere and I agreed with that pair Problem 3 - When I got a call that my glasses was ready I went immediately there to pick them up .. Not the glasses I tried on and agreed upon.. Did not fit well .. Asked about my contacts and was told by that unconcerned receptionist they are not in.. Problem 4 Get a text contacts are here.. upon arrival once again this same lady same unconcerned look is at the desk.. I stated my name and reason for visit.. I got my contacts and then thought I need to mention my dissatisfaction with my glasses .. I asked what was their return policy as I looked around to see if I saw it posted in office .. Ms unconcerned said it was nothing that can be done .. I asked her for the return policy in writing she could not produce one and was very nasty . Problem 5 As I stood there a lady comes in with her daughter.. she drove here from Little Rock .. She was exactly 5 min late and the unconcerned receptionist said he probably won’t see you and he has some place to be.. she left upset.. So as this other lady comes to see now what could be done about my glasses.. The doctor comes out and is heading toward the door three of the office workers proceed to tell him that the lady was upset and she probably waiting for him outside .. He said that’s not my problem she was five min late and that he had some place to be.. They asked him jokingly if they wanted them to walk him to his car.. I could not believe how unprofessional these group of people is.. This was my first and last time I patronize this business.. I would not recommend this company and I most definitely will not be coming back

This is the worst place to do business. Their rude and unprofessional, I had a appointment with these people and I got there early to find out it's 5 people with 900am appointments... now I'm hot because I've had the appointment for a month...they are doing a great job of messing people around...then my glasses came back a week late. And they were the wrong glasses..how do they get upset when I say...those are not the glasses that I picked...I won't be going back

Tonya White and Staff are incredibly nice and professional. I, myself would not refer anyone to another Optometrist. I was totally satisfied and look forward to my next visit soon. Have a Spectacular Day!! :):)

The only reason I started going here is because this is where Dr. Hogan transferred to. He was always so nice and a very good eye doctor. The doctor they have now is pleasurable. The technicians are nice, but the front desk service is horrible! They have no customer service skills at all. No one speaks or acknowledge that you even came to the front door. Not once have I went there and they were smiling or happy to help. They always act like you're an inconvenience to them.

I called the other day to set up an appointment, and they told me, they do not take appointments over the phone. Really? I have to bring my insurance card in to set up an appointment. I work on the other side of town, who have time to just stop by, and make an appointment, when I could do it over the phone, like Ive been doing. I have never heard of that before!

Lens Express in Pine Bluff Arkansas has poor customer service. The first time that I walked in, I did not feel welcome. Then, I went to pick up my glasses, again, I did not feel welcome. They just handed me my glasses in a case. I was like, CAN SOMEONE ADJUST MY GLASSES AND CLEAN THEM? Later on I noticed that when someone finally adjusted my glasses, the hook that goes on the ear was broken. I suppose that in Pine Bluff since the area is 80 percent AA, they treat us as if we are less important. Lots of people that goes there are not wealthy. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Walmart, I will come there for services next time.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! This place has the absolute WORST service I have ever experienced in a so called professional environment. The receptionist is so rude I cancelled my appointment simply because of how this woman was. At least I know I’m not the only one who will never come back to this establishment.

They were excellent when I started going about 6 years ago. Now the service is trash, usually the receptionist just could care less. Contact lense prices go up every time I go. Took a pair of glasses in to get a screw added in and the lady totally broke them. So I had to get new ugly frames. I knew In my mind they wouldn’t be getting my money again. Then she had the nerve to have an attitude. It’s the skinny black younger looking lady (the only black lady there). I meant to report her behind but forgot. Had a real stank attitude and then tried to explain herself when I called her out in it because I caught her rolling her eyes. She claimed she wasn’t rolling them at me.. Anyway, It’s just not the same. Just all around bad experiences every time.

Very poor service. They change to rules daily. Tried to get an appointment for 2 weeks and they said they only take walkins. Went in as a walkin, they said I need an appointment. WTH?? The last person was leaving and it was right before noon. The awful receptionist said they had reached their limit today. When asked what his limit was, she said there was no certain number, but He leaves at noon. She said they take walkins on mondays at 1130 and fridays at 830. They do exams until they decide to stop taking people. No rhyme or reason. No order, no set standards. Do not go there unless you are desperate.

Absolutely horrible costumer service very disappointing they do not treat there costumers with respect Apparently they close 10 minutes early everyday and will not open the door after 5:50 even if it is to pick up glasses

I went and the service from the receptionist is very bad. The doctor is friendly and helpful but his reception area workers are rude and not curtious at all. I won't be going back. Thanks but no thanks.
