Re: Dr. Rosas ... I go in for a run of the mill eye exam, I am not dilated, nothing is done other than the eye exam I asked for, but I get charged a "medical exam" without being told due to a pre-existing condition. My insurance doesn't cover it so I'm forced to pay for a service I didn't authorize! Needless to say, I believe this charge to be unjustified and I won't be returning!!!!!!!!!!!

Lasik referral visit for Dr Penick: Front desk staffing needs reconfigured! The front desk staff didn't listen to me, huffed, & just plain rude! Made me feel so small when I said I didn't understand why I am charged extra $20 for contacts in my eyes that I wore in. Rude BOTH at check-in & check-out. You are at their mercy for insurance & billing information. However, Dr Penick and all clinical staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Doctors & all clinical staff were GREAT!
