The doctor and employees are friendly and thorough. They don't seem to leave anything our and answers all my questions. He even treated me for a wasp sting in my eye; his first and my first also. I was seen quickly, which it a big plus in my book. Dr. Burroughs and his staff are friendly and competent. The office environment is clean and pleasant. I was more than satisfied with the selection of petite eyeglass frames. These are difficult to find, in fact, I don't think I have ever found a frame that actually fit my face until I found the one here. A very pleasant first!

Dr.Burroughs has been my eye doctor since 1984! He is the ONLY doctor who is able to fit me correctly in contact lenses. I even lived in Colorado and came back to Hot Springs just to see Dr. Burroughs. He is without a doubt the BEST eye doctor I've ever used.

Professional staff. Dr. Burroughs has the latest technology in eye care. My appointments are always on time. I have confidence in his ability to prescribe the best contacts for me. I wear bifocal contact lenses and have friends who never could get a good fit where they could actually wear the bifocals. I have had great success which I attribute to Dr. Burrough's knowledge of the latest products.
