My daughter and I have been patrons of Dr. Armstrong for years and I wholeheartedly recommend Bryant Eyecare Clinic to everyone. You will find EVERYONE at this clinic to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist you. Dr. Armstrong is at the top of his profession and has always taken the extra time to resolve difficult vision issues for us. We both wear eyeglasses and Christy is magnificent in assisting us with choosing and fitting ideal frames for our faces and our lifestyles. If you ever visit Bryant Eyecare Clinic you will never want to go anywhere else!

WARNING -- Beware of this Eyecare Clinic The optometric physicians of the Bryant Eyecare Clinic are very good. But the eyeglasses are a big rip-off. The clinic is owned by the company Optometric Opportunities. I discovered the corporate creed of Optometric Opportunists is: 'The customer is always wrong.' That means if their clinic delivers defective eyeglasses, it is not their fault but rather the fault of your eyes! I advise all to beware of this disreputable chain of corporate clinics.

Dr. Armstrong is very friendly and a great Optometrist. Would rate 5 stars if the eyeglass clinic was not attached to the business. Sent my high school daughter in for exam and new contacts/glasses with instructions to only get what insurance would cover. $225 later for a pair of glasses with “blue light” coating that I specifically refused, and I’m clear of doing business with Bryant Eyecare Clinic!

Very disappointed! Was charged for a test that I did not agree to pay for. They make you sign, but I did not choose an option to pay and had to anyway! We will not be going back!!

Went in for an issue I was having with my eyes, made it very clear i had already had 2 different Eye Contact Lens Exams from 2 different Eye care clinics and Dr. Armstrong and his team still tried to charge me for the exam even when i made it abundantly clear I didnt need one. I then ordered what I was told repeatedly was a 6 pair of colored contact lenses only to pick them up and see its 3 pairs. When I asked why there were only 3 pairs when I was told, repeatedly there were to be 6 pairs, Kendra (office manager) was extremely rude, and kept repeating some nonsense about most people dont have the same prescription in both eyes so one box will last 6 months for each eye- which still made NO SENSE. I was eventually refunded my money back for the contact lens exam but for future reference: these people will rip you off any way they can and when you try to question something, good luck trying to get them to give you a straight answer. Also, someone please explain what 'a pair' is to Kendra.
