Dr. Ben actually took the time to listen to my concerns and also went through great lengths to make sure he wrote the correct prescription. I've been to a lot of other docs that seem to shove me in and out of the exam room , but not here. He also explained the reason why my eyesight is doing what it's doing, which was nice. Really just left my appt feeling I was cared for, that I was getting the right prescription and if there was ever a problem, I would be taken care of. Good stuff!

Walking into this place you feel right at home! The receptionist greet you with a smile and are always friendly. The main room and show room are clean and comfortable which gives this office a "home away from home" kinda feel. Dr. Lynch greets you with a hand shake and a smile right off the get go and then dives right into your needs and wants with your new specs. The eye exams are quick and precise. The show room is impeccable and has great selection. The prices are fair and you walk out feeling like you're truly getting your moneys worth! I would recommend this office to anyone needing new glasses or simply needing an exam. Best optometrist in Fayetteville as well as NWA in my opinion!

I just *adore* Dr. Ben. He was able to diagnose that I was over prescribed in my contacts. I had no idea about it, and since changing my prescription, my persistent headaches are gone. The office is small, and the entire staff treat you like a dear friend the second you walk in. When you call the phone is answered by a person, not some answering machine with "push for " directories. The best part is that Dr. Ben takes the time in your appointment to explain what he's testing and why, then he explains if the test is covered by insurance, and gives you an opportunity to decline something with no pressure and no questions asked. At my last visit he was helping the another patient get her glasses picked out, he gave her options for her lenses, the prices for the options, and what was or wasn't covered by insurance. He even advised her that a less expensive lens would benefit her more. Not many business owners advise customers to spend less money, clearly Dr. Ben has his patient's best interest at heart, not profits.

We're new to the area and were running out of contact lenses, so we had to risk it and just pick a place. I read some great reviews and chose Boston Mountain Eye Care. Go, me! Excellent choice! .Making an appointment was simple, and I was reminded via text as my appointment approached, which I found very helpful. Once in, we were seen to in a very short amount of time, and had our issue solved in short order. The office is fun and relaxed, and the price was right! First time I went to Boston Eye Care, I got the prescription and went to a different optical store and they made the glasses according to the prescription. After using the new glasses I wasn’t able to see clearly. I called Boston Eye Care and they saw me again but now they gave me a different prescription. Now I have to pay again to get new glasses because of their mistake. The doctor rudely said, “if you would have bought the glasses from me the first time when you the got prescription then I would have fixed your glasses for free.” He missed the logic that if he would have given me the right prescription the first time I wouldn’t have to pay double time and having this trouble which is not needed. How is this ethical?

While Dr. Ben is quite courteous, his optical department representative, Patrick, is incredibly unprofessional. I read the many positive reviews and decided to give them my business upon relocating to Fayetteville. Unfortunately, however, after being very deliberate in communicating my needs to Patrick, he over-promised the quality of their product. I went back to communicate the issues I was having and Patrick was neither apologetic nor helpful in correcting the issue. He claims that he had the glasses redone; however, there was no improvement whatsoever when I went to pick them up. Dr. Ben overheard my conversation with Patrick and was trying to advocate for me by pressing Patrick for solutions. Patrick took an indifferent tone and just continued responding to Dr. Ben with "I don't know". Dr. Ben stood behind their product and stated that he would refund me. I responded stating that I wasn't seeking a refund... just glasses that would work for my needs. After over a week of waiting for their solution with no follow up from them, I called back to speak with Dr. Ben. Unfortunately, he was unavailable and I was stuck speaking with Patrick again. Patrick had no idea if they found a solution and told me he would have Dr. Ben call me when he got into the office. After hours of not hearing back, I reached out to my insurance provider to get clarification on how a refund works. My insurance provider conferenced Patrick on the call and Patrick was incredibly antagonistic. At that point, I asked to process the refund and Patrick took the position that they would not do business with me anymore. I don't know if he speaks for Dr. Ben on that concept, but it doesn't matter since I would never return as long as Patrick is the optical lab representative. I would encourage anyone reading this to use caution in taking any recommendations from Patrick. I will be looking for my refund and update this review if I have further issues with this process.

I went here after my doctor told me if my eye pain gets worse to see an optometrist. I googled optometrists near me and this place pulled up and I called and they said they’d see me immediately and they did! It was a nice, clean place. The front desk woman was very nice and helpful and my actual optometrist was funny and told me everything he was doing, if I was going to expect any pain or anything, he even did the math to find the smallest bottle of eye drops I would need to help me save money. I was terrified and everything they did and said just put me to ease. Turned out I had a extremely small hair on my eye that was wayyy in the back of my eye that he had to fish out with a tongue depressor and qtip. He numbed my eye so I wouldn’t feel it and I was able to drive home and get my medicine. He let me know I could call him for absolutely anything wether my eye hurt still/ wasn’t improving or If I had a question. I’ll definitely come back, but hopefully not for another painful microscopic hair on my eye. .

I love everything about this clinic! I called for an appointment on a Tuesday at about 1400, and was scheduled for that Wednesday at 1345 . Less than 24 hours to be seen! Everyone is extremely kind and patient, and Dr. Lynch never rushes your visit, but is very efficient, and I've never waited very long there. The clinic is also adorable! Super well kept. I love all their plants. They have a good selection of stylish name brand frames, and they've never given me grief for asking for my prescription and PD. (I've been told by a clinic in Conway that they add-on a $5 fee for your PD.) I always recommend the team at Boston Mountain Eye Care to anyone that asks. Never been happier with an optometrist.

I recently had to switch eye doctors since mine retired a few months ago and, after much internet searching, decided to give Boston Mountain Eye Care a try. Turned out to be a good choice. It's a fairly new operation and has a startup feel about it, which is good thing. Dr. Lynch is knowledgeable and personable and made me feel very comfortable. The practice has a young person's feel to it, which I certainly am not. I'm twice Dr. Lynch's age but I felt right at home. He played Led Zeppelin through the office's excellent sound system for me so we got along famously. The exam was routine and employed less large equipment than my previous eye doctor, which I also liked. He has a wide range of frames leaning towards the boutique side in that he had a good selection of some pretty cool styles. Frames aren't cheap these days and these were no exception. But they look great and I'm very happy with the style we selected. Not that there wasn't a hitch, the glasses I got from him had a bad prescription but, and this is important, he made it right with no complaints or blame and at no additional cost to me. This has never happened to me before in 53 years of wearing glasses so I was afraid I had said that 3 was better when it was really 4 but he assured me, rightly or wrongly, that it wasn't my fault and to not worry about it. The replacements came in within a few days and they are spot on. No problems. The location is really easy to get to but out of the way from College Ave. and the perpetual Whole Foods traffic jam. It's right behind the Sunbridge red light. Parking is easy and right at the door. I've been going to eye docs for a long time and I like Boston Mountain Eye Care just fine. I'll continue to be a patient, it was a good experience.

Great service. First eye doc I've been to that took me seriously when I said I have a difficult time at night and have eye strain at my desk due to lighting etc. Every other eye doc has sent me home when they realized I had 20/20 and said "take breaks" for your eyes. Dr. Ben spent time really paying attention to me and found that I have a minor stigmatism. The glasses I got make a HUGE difference and are super stylish.

I came accross Boston Mountain Eye Care while I was looking for a local optometrist who supported my Walmart vision insurance. I went in for a routine annual check-up and was pleasently suprised! The clinic has the perfect community feel which is true to Fayetteville. There was hardly any wait if any which I am unaccustomed to. the staff was extremely friendly and kind as they even offered me some homemade cookies while I was in the lobby. Dr. Lynch is very personable and really made me feel like he cared about me and the longevity of my visual health. He was very professional and took the time to make sure I understood what he was doing and how it would help me. In the past I have been given an exam and told to order contacts on my way out the door. Dr. Lynch took the time to make sure I was getting the best product for my eyes at the best price possible. I am not used to such service. Needless to say I had a visit that litterally and figuratively opened my eyes to what vision care can and should be. I would recommend Boston Mountain Eye Care to anyone who truly wants the best bang for their buck!
