Nurses were the worst... so rude and had an attitude the whole time. Check out lady had an attitude the whole time as well... they should really check them on that. wait time is ridiculous. On the other hand the Doctor was fantastic.

Called for 4 days at various times, over and over to even get an appointment. It was somewhat of an emergency. Finally resorted to calling the non-appointment line, spoke to a sweet lady that said she’d send my info to scheduling. Still nothing 2 days later. So, my family of four that all wear glasses and contacts will take our money elsewhere. After reading the reviews and having my own bad wait-time experiences, it’s for the better anyway!

I have been a patient for many years and unfortunately my Dr retired. I can say with confidence that this was the last visit at BH. They wanted to charge me $25 to use contacts to pick out frames. I was told it was because “legally I’d require a contact fitting.” My last Dr never did this. How am I supposed to know what my $300 frames look like if I can’t see myself well in them? Got my script and taking my business elsewhere!

AWFUL experience here at the Rogers clinic. Wait time is unreal. Consult apt at 1:30, It's 4:15 still haven't seen the eye dr. They've done about 7 minutes of testing in our nearly 3 hour wait. Unfortunately we will have to come back for surgery. I would never recommend anyone to come here unless you've got an entire day to waste waiting to see a Dr for 3 minutes.

If i could leave a negative 5 stars i would. First off i just wanna say that ive been a customer with them for 11 years and they were always good until the past 2 times ive gone. I know their are laws and regulations for them to fill your perception but when your job requires you to drive a 26000lb truck and you have to have contacts to drive they should be able to give you a trial pair until you can get an eye exam. But really thats not what made me mad, it was the fact that the optical lady told me i need to get my life in order and to be more responsible with my health, thats really what set me over the edge. so i told her that i will no longer go there and ill find a new eye doctor. Bentonville eye care helped me out and was able to give me a trial pair of contacts and they were able to schedule me an appointment for a eye exam. I highly recommend people to go to BENTONVILLE EYE CARE for contacts, glasses and their customer service is on point. thank you for the 11 years but you guys need to get your stuff in order!!! oh and i will be contacting BBB (better business bureau) and put a review on that as well.

Just moved to the NW Arkansas area and had a painful eye condition develop. The Boozman Hof staff got me in immediately to see Dr. Horne, optometrist, for an initial eval. Dr. Horne was very thorough, in testing, diagnosing and prescribing treatment. The following week, I was scheduled to see Dr. Sines, opthamologist. He performed a very quick in office procedure that brought quick relief to my pain. The medicine he prescribed as a long term treatment was denied by my insurance, but Dr. Sines immediately wrote a letter of appeal. I feel that Dr. Horne and Dr. Sines gave me excellent care.

Great place- great Doctors- waiting time is ridiculous though. I waited 55 minutes in the lobby to be called and waited another 30 minutes in the room waiting to see a Dr. ☹️

This review is solely with regards to the service for contacts. Our experience with technicians and the doctor were fantastic. However, the person who is responsible for helping us with contacts refused to help us. She stated that she would only help one person a day with contact fittings, even though that was a requirement in order for my daughter to get her contacts. I took the day off of work and took my daughter out of school that day since we live out of town and have gotten great service from the doctor. That did not make any difference to Elizabeth, the contacts person, and she made us another appointment for a full month later, since she can hardly serve the people she must serve in a timely manner. I will not be returning, and will have to find another doctor.

I have been a patient here for 20 years. I have noticed a real decline in the service for about 5 years now. The wait times are ridiculous. I have waited days for a return call from the nurse. This has happened several times. My appointment has been changed a couple times and I can’t even find out when my appointment time is. If I had it to do over I would definitely go somewhere else. I had cataract surgery and I have been back and forth several times. Each time has been awful. Rudeness abounds.

Rude staff! Would not recommend them,,,ever!

The staff at Boozman-Hof is fantastic! A few months ago, I woke up with double vision and some other very scary manifestations of the eye. I began seeing Dr. Horne who is AMAZING. She has been my greatest advocate throughout this very scary time. She immediately got me in to see a Neuro Ophthalmologist in Little Rock to ensure I received optimal and timely treatment. She has been a great advocate in helping with referral/consults or whatever is needed in order to meet my medical needs. She always asks me to call her with any updates with other Dr.’s so she can follow up, etc. She has personally called me to explain things and to check up on me. I don’t know many doctors that will do this and I believe this quality speaks volumes to her character. I did read some of the comments about wait time. I haven’t personally had to wait an extremely long time, but speaking as a health care professional myself, I would much rather wait to see someone I know who is thorough and will take the time needed for each of their patients. I feel like I’m in very good hands at Boozeman-Hof.

My husband had his final eye surgery & got a great report at his post op appointment. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bell at Boozman-Hof. The Staff at Boozman-Hof is wonderful too. So caring and everyone there took the extra time to make sure my husband was comfortable & able to handle the surgery. Big Thank You to everyone at Boozman-Hof!!

Dropped the ball!!! Appointment discovered a torn retina. Was supposed to be referred to a Retinal specialist. After a week of repeated calls and being told someone would call me back, receiving no call back, I called a Specialist myself. Even after specialist called them, they took all day to get my record to them. Even the Specialist had to call them again! They are way over their heads with no follow up. It speaks poorly of their lack of concern for their clients .

I made an appointment for a vision test. At the appointment I specifically said that I was there for a regular vision test. They went ahead and did tests that I did not ask for nor did they ask if I wanted – they IGNORED my request for a regular vision test! Dr. Horne told me that most of the visit would be covered by my eye care insurance but a small portion of the bill would be filed with my health insurance. This was NOT TRUE! None of it was covered by my Eye care insurance! All I asked for was a regular vision test. Anywhere else I would have at most, paid $30 copay! I ended up paying $258 out of pocket. NOT OK! I cannot trust them!

Doctor came in for about 5 minutes, after a 3 hour wait. Now waiting again,...
