Made an appointment online and it was very easy! They got me in quickly and the doc was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He diagnosed an astigmatism I either developed recently or existed previously and the diagnosis was missed. I am rocking some trial contacts that fit great, and are .50 less in power than my previous lenses due to the lenses being able to treat the astigmatism and focus the image better on my retina! Life is clearer and that's what counts! Thanks Dr. Pierce!

That was my most important concern going in because Ive been rushed at other places and doubted that I'd be able to see my best, and now after going to Bentonville Eye Care, I know I wasnt seeing to my potential. Im amazed at what I can see now after going there. Glasses were ready very quickly, and they had a awesome selection of frames. Everyone there was very helpful, kind, lighthearted and intelligent. I am so happy that I happened to find this fantastic place.

We moved here from out of state and my son ran out of contacts. We stopped by to see if they could get the script from the old doctor and get contacts and instead Dr Pierce took my son in the back, checked his eyes and gave him 10 days of contacts without allowing me to pay for anything. I was amazed at the compassion and courtesy of these wonderful people. 3 weeks later I took all of my children back for exams and new specks. The patience and kindness that these professionals show is something I will never forget. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Nice Doctor but I was treated like a crud by the assistant who was supposed to fit my glasses. I had trifocals before and either got some else's glasses or prescription, because these are not correct. She didn't want to bother with the fitting and they was not busy at the time. Will NOT go back to be treated like that again!

Seemed to really care about his patients. I had my first visit at Bentonville Eye Care today. I absolutely loved my visit. I saw Dr. Pierce and I had a wonderful young assistant to help me narrow down 8 pairs of frames to one LOL! I ordered a pair of bifocal sunglasses and I am so excited to get them! It is an extremely friendly environment to have your eye care done. I had very little wait before my appointment. They have a wonderful wonderful selection of frames for ladies! As I said I narrowed it down from 8 frames, and the assistant and I picked out one final pair. I highly highly recommend Bentonville Eye Care for your next eye appointment. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they even helped me fix a crack in the frame of my current eyeglasses, which I purchased elsewhere. But this is definitely my eye care home from here on out

Will Work For Chocolate

Today I took my daughter to see Dr. Jeff Coats with Bentonville Eye Care. I found Dr. Coats in Citiscapes Best of 2018. And they were right. Because he is. Dr. Coats saw my 15-year-old daughter and he was funny, charismatic, and - even better - very educational. When she admitted that she didn't know the difference between glaucoma and cataracts, he immediately pulled out a model of an eye and walked her through the explanation. Loved that. He was also extremely helpful in questions that I asked pertaining to our family history (as my mom has been diagnosed with glaucoma and I was curious as to how this would affect both my daughter and myself). He was thorough, polite, and didn't rush us out the door. I would recommend him to anyone. Helpful hint in finding the joint (as we drove straight past it the first time), Bentonville Eye Care is on Walton and in the strip mall next to Rouge.

Everything was great, except that we were told my 8 year old's glasses would be ready in 2 weeks and we're still waiting. We were told that the glasses come through "snail mail" so there is no way to track them. I asked if they would be here before school starts in 3 days and they didn't know. So we will definitely be driving the extra miles to Fayetteville next time.

This is where I go for my yearly check-ups. It was a suggestion from a co-worker. I always feel well taken care of, and I'm not waiting long. I had to go in to get my glasses fixed. One of the nose pieces was bent flat. They were able to fix it, and I was back on the road in 5-10 minutes. I am very pleased with them. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

It felt like they just wanted to get me in and out and could care less about taking the time to serve their customer. First the glasses were the wrong prescription. After that was fixed, the screw fell off just after one day. It was then replaced with a mismatched screw that made one temple noticeably stiffer than the other. I've made one too many trips here to fix something or another, wasting time and gas. I've given up at this point and will just return my frames and take my business somewhere else.

Been going to Bentonville Eye Care for several years now and I will never go anywhere else again. Their doctor/staff are all so helpful, kind, and professional. I cannot say enough positive words about this clinic. I'm so grateful to them. I've been two other facilities in the area and both were pathetic by comparison! Their clinic is ALWAYS sterile/clean yet so inviting and cheery! Their staff is highly knowledgeable! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend this eye care!!
