I’ve been coming to Benton Eye Care for several years and have always thought HIGHLY of everyone that works there but today I brought in a friend with special needs. I can not even begin to tell you how amazing one of the staff in particular was. Her name was Lauren and she had such a friendly smile and so much patience. Not one time did she appear to be frustrated and believe me her job was not easy. As usual I give 5 stars but it just doesn’t seem to be enough. If I could give 100 I would. I’ve always recommended Benton Eye Care but now I will have a wonderful story about why I recommend it. Thanks again for everything all of you do to keep our eyes healthy.

I have used the Benton Eyecare Clinic several times now and my experiences with their operation is great. The Clinic itself is clean and well managed. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and I have never had a more thorough eye exam at any other eye clinic in my 68 years of living. You are not hurried in any way, and explanations are thorough.

Benton Eye Care is great. I see Dr. Glenn. He is an excellent doctor, and is great with my kids as well. The staff is incredibly friendly. I would recommend Benton Eye Care to anyone wholeheartedly.

I always have a great experience at Benton Eyecare Clinic! They are so kind and helpful each time I speak with them. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Rodman (the owner of this and several eye clinics) this last visit and he is just wonderful and so down to earth! This is one doctors appointment I look forward to!

I reviewed this place on here over a year ago and I gave it a 5-star rating. Today, I felt compelled to change the rating. We have been coming here for years. Sometimes the wait is longer (once 3-4 hours) than it should be but everyone is really nice. Their secretary is the sweetest lady ever. The school started complaining a few years ago that my son was having trouble reading and writing and he was squinting looking at stuff. They advised us to have an eye exam done. This doctor did the eye exam just like he has done several other yearly eye exams for us. He has told us every time that my son has perfect vision and he does not need glasses. I told him that my son was squinting very badly reading and writing and he at least needed reading glasses. He prescribed them for my son acting like he did it a courtesy since my child passed the eye exam. A few months ago, this man did my son's yearly eye exam again. He told me that my son had perfect vision but, again, I had him prescribe reading glasses because of the squinting. The school that he went to before this one commented on how much better his his writing and reading was with his reading glasses so they have helped. Last month, my child went to the PCP to have a physical done. He failed the vision exam at the PCP. I almost did not take him back to an eye doctor since he just had a recent eye exam done by this place and I did not think the insurance would pay for a second exam in less than 6 months. Children's hospital found a way to get the eye exam paid for and we almost didn't do it thinking the PCP exam was off somehow but we went ahead and made an appointment. My son failed his vision exam that the doctor gave him at the eye clinic at Children's Hospital today. He is way past needing reading glasses at my request. He is needing glasses to wear full time now. I don't know if this offices machines are old or what but I'm a little bit disturbed that this man has told me for years that my son has perfect vision--even with me complaining that he can't read and his grades were poor partly because he squints. I even told him that his dad was born legally blind. He has told me for years that my son did not even need reading glasses only for him to have terrible eyesight today at a different doctor and to be prescribed glasses just 2 months later. This doctor also told me my youngest son had perfect vision. He was too young to do the eye exam at the PCP but I told this doctor that he squints very badly looking at books so now I've got to find a way to re-examine my youngest since he did not fail the exam at the PCP because he never took it.

Ever tried to remove your email from their lists? I've unsubscribed several times, I've even called their office, yet I'm still getting emails from them. Some with patient information in them. They entered an email wrong and now I get the patients emails. I was assured this was taken care of. For those of you who are patients here I hope your information is secured better than the persons they keep sending out. By the way, I live in a different state, I've never even been to AR. Poor professionalism if you ask me. Last time I asked to speak to one of the doctors. They refused to send the call to them, promised it was handled. It wasn't. Hopefully one of them will see this and reach out, if they do, I'll remove the review, I just want this stopped. I'd hate for my personal info be sent to someone else.

I moved to this area 4 years ago. I've gone to 3 different eyecare centers in that time. I was unhappy with everyone of them mainly because they did not take time to help during the process of picking out Glasses. I Felt rushed to pick out a pair and ended up with glasses I did not like. However, BENTON EYECARE staff was helpful. they didn't rush me even though I could see they were busy. Great multitasking skills. They made the process fun and gave input on how each pair looked on me. It was easy to narrow it down to one pair with their help. I will definitely stay with them from now on. The Doctor was extremely thorough with my eye exam. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He listened and addressed all my concerns. I'm very happy with my experience there.

I will only give them one star, because the staff was nice. The dr didn’t seem nice and was really nonchalant. I feel as if our service was rushed. My daughter has an eye condition, and he did not take it serious I think, because I went to another dr and she took extra steps to get everything right... I don’t want to pull the race card, but maybe because we were African Americans. I called before her second appointment, and asked if anyone knew the kind of material of my daughter glasses, because she needed them and was trying to see if I could fix them. They called back the next day, stating the dr didn’t know... I was flabbergasted... they sold me glasses and had no knowledge of the material:(... I was so disappointed.

I have been wearing reading glasses now about 10 years.Hate wearing them but I couldn't get contacts that were comfortable and able to see the computer clearly as well. Dr. David Glenn fitted me for contacts they were perfect on the first try. I was so amazed and excited. I so totally recommend any and everyone to go to Benton Eyecare Clinic. You will love the staff as well, they are very professional and courtious. I can hardly wait to go back there.

Doctor Glen, is the best. My family found him to be honest, sincere and caring about your condition. He provided us with options and referred us to a specialist, because of the serious nature of my husbands eye condition. Doctor Glen, provided my husband with his personal cell number, in case an emergency. Call his office, make an appointment, judge for yourself, but I'm sure you'll agree with our opinion Pam Cruz.
