Had appointment scheduled yesterday at 3:30. Called to make sure they had me on the books since I did not get reminder card at 2pm. Arrived at 3:00 pm. By 4:15 I was told DR running behind and there was another patient ahead of me. This patient did not have appt (I was sitting next to them). I told them to reschedule me as I was not waiting another hour. The scheduler was very snippy with me. I was having a minor eye surgery that should not have taken more than 1/2 hour. I had to get a friend to drive me. My time is valuable too! When I called at 2 pm they could have told me the Doctor was running late. The rating is low due to the waiting without notice and the scheduler / receptionist having attitudes.

The staff was very pleasant and so kind. Dr. Zucci found himself handling a difficult surgery before ours and therefore ours was delayed a few hours. The nurses made several special trips to explain the situation and thank us for our patience. I believe every nursecan staff member on the 1st floor checked in us. Leaving after the procedure, the nurse was very thorough indeed. Of we do anything wrong with aftercare, I'll admit it will be our fault. Excellent staff, physicians, and personnel who helped us through a pretty scary retina reattachment today.

I actually enjoyed myself. The staff was very welcoming and they took me back right on time. Doctor Hooper made me laugh the entire time and after that I went over to optical...the young lady helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses. No complaints at all.
