Absolutely LOVE Dr. Baker!!! He was professional yet down to earth. He was very thorough & ended up saving my mother almost a grand on a procedure she thought she wanted but didn't really NEED. His staff was courteous & professional. This was my mom's SECOND surgery with Dr. Baker & we highly, HIGHLY reccomend Dr. Baker & his staff! All of our family will ALWAYS return to Baker Eye Institute for the QUALITY OF SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM OF DR. BAKER & STAFF.

They wouldnt treat because I was there about a prescription and because I wouldnt do the eye field test they came back and told me he wouldn't give me the prescription. My awsome eye Dr Crum was told he does prescribe this that why she sent me to him

They screw my mom over. They called confirming her appt and she confirmed then they said today that she didn't confirm but she did. The whole living room heard her confirming her appt. They cancel her appt and gave to someone else even though she confirm when they called. They called us liars too and lady was rude. Several months later the south eastern or whatever transportation didn't show up for ride so she miss her appt then they again call her a liar. Won't reschedule Her appt. Her eyes are not right still so thank you for kindness oh wait no kindness. Learn some manners, kindness and understanding. Quit lying too.
