My husband had LASIK done with Dr. Walman in 2006 and has had no issues with his eyesight. After finally convincing me that LASIK is safe and life changing, he referred me to Dr. Walman. Walman Eye Center has an absolutely amazing staff! Dr. Walman takes great care and pride in his practice and expertise. My hand was held through the entire process and it was greatly appreciated. Dr. Walman explains the LASIK process with great detail, leaving no questions unanswered. Procedure was quick and easy. I will definitely recommend Dr. Walman to all my friends, family, and co-workers who have an interest in LASIK. Life Changing!!! Thank you Dr. Walman and the entire Walman Eye Center staff.

AWFUL AWFUL place!!! IM GIVING A POOR REVIEW WITH NO STARS!!! My father had been seeing Walman for 2+ plus years wt Glaucoma & Cataracts AND NOW wt CRVO due to Walman not following up! Was never offered Cataract surgery, Glaucoma meds were not adequate! My dad is legally blind NOW because Dr Walman did a poor job on keeping up with his eye disease. Appts were always made for the downtown location and every time we went the office was closed and would RE schedule my dad out several weeks, when my dad needed to be seen right away. Thank you for NOTHING and for making my dads eyesight even worse.

Reception is prompt and courteous. Dr Walman himself has a mild manner and even when you can see he is busy he manages to give a personalized one on one taking time to listen, explain, and walk you out to receptionist at the end of your appointment. I feel cared for each visit and have been very happy with the service and care during regular and emergency visits. I would not hesitate to recommend his office and his services to anyone.

Excellent doctor and staff. I bought LASIK through an online deal they were having and went in thinking that they were going to bill me for a different type of LASIK or they would have all these extra fees but they did not. I even had to get Epi-Lasik which is a more complex procedure but they didn't bill me any extra for it. The surgery tech said that is not how they do business. I highly recommend Walman Eye Center for anyone looking to get LASIK!

We went to the location on Central Avenue. I took my 90 yr old mother to her appointment. Some of the staff was very accommodating. However, a couple of staff members were a bit impatient (my mother was in a wheelchair), although they tried not to be. What they didn't know was it was my first time using this wheelchair, and we were trying our best to move quickly. Then, we were required to complete new medical info (they apparently chg companies) during the appointment. I was trying to keep my mother from falling while filling out forms, which was quite inconvenient. I had already given them this info at our 1st appt, 3 visits prior. In spite of this, we had a positive experience because I felt that they really trying to be helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr Wallman for several years and in general I have been satisfied; however, when I needed an emergency appointment, the good doctor could not find enough time in his busy schedule to see me for a few minutes to give me a prescription for pink eye...... I will definitely change doctors, since it is inconceivable to me that after going to a doctor for more than five years...he is so busy he cant find a bit of time to see me. My son went to him for Lasik surgery, and he has been tremendously unhappy with the results. He was expecting to not need glasses to see near, which is the only reason he did it; however it turns out he still needs glasses and his eyesight is worse instead of better......

The Front Desk Woman physically grabbed me and tried to physically throw me out of the office because they wouldn’t do their job. I will NEVER refer anyone to this place. The staff there are PURE GARBAGE.

I had lasik done by Dr walman in 2006, I have not had issues with my vision. In 2008 I deployed to Iraq and lasik made my life easier. I have great respect for Dr. Walman, he is honest and sincere. I have referred many of my fellow MARINES AND SOLDIERS to his current office and his previous office he worked for. My wife had her lasik done 14 dec2018 and she loves it, she is recovering well, and seeing very clear. Soon, once I retire, I hope to work for his team!

Got Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery at Walkman Eye Center in Sun City I was pleasantly surprised, the procedure was quick and painless. Dr Walkman was great and answered all questions. You will only have cataract surgery once in your life so go with the best. Your eyes are too important to cut corners. Very happy with my vision now.
