Received contact lens from rummel weeks later tried the contact lenses on for the first time. The contact broke into pieces in my eye turns out Rummel gave me a 1 1/2 old contact lenses. I called rummel emergency line and spoke with Rummel on call eye doctor who then advised me that unless it starts to cut my eye it's not a emergency. This is after I could not get a piece out for the last 2 hours. Event took place 09/20/15

I was extremely disappointed the last couple of times I was in. I was told on my first visit that I had cataracts and needed surgery. I went back a couple of months later and told I had no cataracts. I was also told that my vision was the same, even though I couldn't see out of my glasses. When checking out, I asked if I could have a copy of my prescription because the glasses I had were literally falling apart and I needed new ones to get me by until I could figure out who to go to who would tell me what was really going on and give me prescription I could see with. I was told I had to make another appointment just to get my prescription!!! Really!!!!!! I will never go back to the Rummel Eye Care center and I have told countless people of my bad experience. If I could post a - before the star, that would be my rating!!!!!
