Horrible wait times. It shouldn't take 2 hrs after your scheduled appointment to be seen. They claim it's due to the senior citizens who are slow to move but that's just a poor excuse.

Dr. Jamal has saved my eye sight three times. He successfully repaired two separate detached retinas. My vision was 20/20 following each surgery. A third surgery was needed (five years later) when an intraocular lens ( from cataract surgery 20 years earlier) tore through the lens sac and attached itself to the repaired retina . Dr Jamal is a skilled surgeon to say the least. Other Ophthalmologists have told me they were amazed I could see at all. Dr Jamal is well worth "waiting" for!!!

I make my appointments ahead of time but it seems as they are an hour getting you in. After getting you in you set for up to an hour or more. A few minute appointment could and does take hours. Always an excuse but I think poor planning on their part. Over schedule. Eye from surgery still not right. Vision terrible and can't seem to correct with glasses. They don't know why.

Dr Jamal is amazing. They handled my case quickly. Office visits and surgery. Follow up has been wonderful. most importantly I can see again.
