This time I didn't get right in! It took 2 1/2 hours just to get to see Dr. Rabinowitz! And the only reason it didn't take longer, was because I asked how much longer did they expect me to wait! I think it's time for me to find a new place for my eyes needs! For some unknown reason, these people think that we, the customers, don't seem to have a life of our own! I could have been sewing or baking or even cooking or swimming or anything funner than waiting for a chance to see my doctor for a whole 6 minutes! I'm just totally fed up! Don't they understand that without customers, they don't exist anymore??? Maybe they should!

The office staff are very polite and professional my dad has been going to Barnet and Dulaney Perkins eye center for years. Both my Mother and Father had there cataracts removed here at this clinic. I was disappointed here. For the past 2 years, I’ve been to four doctors trying to keep up with what’s going on with my vision. I arrived to the hustle-bustle and was not welcomed at the front desk by a beautiful young woman who apparently did not want to talk with me. It was crowded and hectic in the office. The employees all seemed like there was someone cracking a whip over their heads to hurry up, “very efficient”. I brought a list of old prescriptions I’d had over the past several years and wanted to compare with how my eyes were now.The prescriptions were written by optometrists and an ophthalmologist. The Technician would not look at the list. She said, “You need to go to the internet to educate yourself”. She could have simply told me that ophthalmologists use a different number system than do optometrists. Eventually I saw the nice doctor who said I need cataract surgery. 18 months ago I didn’t need cataract surgery. Unfortunately I can’t do that right now; I’m a caretaker 24/7. Just need to get by with better glasses for the next six months. I went home and studied on the internet about eyes and prescriptions. Then I went back to the office asked for my records. Received a cold reception but I got the records! The records said my options had been explained to me in depth, what? I sought another opinion elsewhere. They kindly transcripted the BDP numbers to optometrist language so I could compare with old prescriptions. And the BDP numbers did not make sense. But I feel like I dare not go back to talk with anyone there. Just to know for sure, I ordered online glasses using the prescription I was given by BDP. Vision is sharper, but the astigmatism sure enough is way off. Some mistake there. Mostly my complaints are about the front end treatment at the office, not about the doctors. Now- you get out of here and go educate yourself!

The reason for the 3 stars is the company, I don’t know who, text my phone and asked for a review and if they do good and know they do good, why put the time into asking for a review. Nicole was a little impatient with me because I could not keep my eye open for her to poke something in my eyes. You are tested by staff and only see the Doctor at the end of all your tests .My time with the doctor was only around 10 minutes. My eyes were in good condition. The place kind of reminds you of a cattle herd. One person takes you to this room, then waiting area then another person takes you to another. room , then waiting area, then a room to wait to see the doctor. I remember many years ago . the doctor did it all!

I went to Dr. Rabinowitz for a 2nd opinion about my eye condition. The office seemed to have the latest equipment, and performed all the tests I have been through before, and maybe one more. I had studied and read about it for the last several years, but he was able to explain to me in simple terms how my eye condition can be controlled and now prevent me from going blind. Really appreciate the time he took to explain how the condition can be controlled. I will be back again :)

The courteous and respectful attitude is much appreciated along with his eloquent style of speaking. Dr. Graff stands for professionalism and has my utmost respect for him and the profession he is in. After going through the process i can say my mom is feeling much better with her eyes and eye sight its a chronic disease but she is hanging in there. The doctors are absolutely fabulous! Please be aware of the consulting office staff. They are supposed to inform you of any charges for your surgery. I was well-informed on my right eye what I had to pay and paid it upfront. When I showed up for my second eye surgery I was hit up with an I owe them $1790. None of this was ever discussed with me upfront. I have been back and talked to them since. They have admitted to me they missed a “step” in their office procedures. I should’ve had a consult with someone there, signed all the paperwork, and paid the money upfront, this never happened. Terrible business procedures. When I showed up for my surgery, apprehensive as could be, I was hit up with that at that moment. Horrible office staff. But the doctors are tremendous !!!

But, the lenses girl wasn’t at her desk on time. She spoke to her like a child and told her she didn't have the correct documents. When I stepped in and told her the documents had been sent, she magically found them after some time and then said nothing. She didn't apologize for the mixup, nor did she apologize for treating my grandmother like she was incompetent. Speaking of incompetence...

Worst experience ever. Dr. Allison was too busy talking about what boat she wanted to rent instead of coming into the room to inspect my eyes while I sat there for 20 minutes hearing her talk about her boat rental experience just outside the room. Then dr. Allison with her extremely rude bedside manner and extremely quick examination prescribes a medication that my insurance needs a pre-authorization for. I took my prescription to CVS to get it filled. CVS sent over a pre-authorization form to have the doctor's office fill out and they did not fill it out. I proceeded to call my insurance Express Scripts and have them call Barnet Dulaney and Perkins almost every day to get someone on the phone to authorize a pre-authorization for my prescription and every time they called no one was available to answer the phone. We are now almost at 2 weeks since my prescription was prescribed on the 22nd of July and still the doctor's office still hasn't given pre-authorization what a f****** joke. I guess I'm going somewhere else now. Thank you for a huge waste of time Barnet Dulaney and Perkins Eye Center I really appreciate it .

I can't say enough about how good these people are. I went in with severe floaters so bad that I couldn't read a book. The staff is so nice and accommodating. They completely understand you and work with you openly and honestly. I had surgery performed by Dr. Graff and am 3 weeks post op right now. The day after my surgery and with a dialated pupil I had perfect 20/20 vision with no floaters. That is how good Dr. Graff is. I highly recommend Barnet Dulaney Perkins and have also referred my Family there for their eye care needs. Thank You so much. Now I can read perfectly again.

The doctor and staff are great thats why I keep coming back plus the doctors treatment has worked for me and thats good. There are times that the wait times can be very long and that seems to be on the increase. Maybe the Dr needs additional help or another day at this location. I just believe there are more people needing eye help and one person / Dr may not be enough to give the quality attention that this office gives. No fault of Dr or staff just seems like more people needing help.

Each person had a very specific job and so we saw 5-6 people before seeing the doctor. Dr Graff was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. This was my annual visit. I was welcomed as I approached the desk. I was checked in and told to take a seat. About 15 minutes later I was called to desk and paid my copay and signed insurance documents. A medical assistant then took me back to start testing. If I could give zero stars I would be happy to.I had both my eyes done in August of last year and brought concerns about floaters and how things look out of shape my phone actually looks been I see things in 3D they said give it 3 months I went in this morning Feb. 22 to be told we will not help you all of a sudden my insurance is not good with them. Ive been going here for 10 years and every time I go I wait forever but this last time was the worst!!! No doc no matter how good is worth waiting that long and losing half a days pay!!! I found a new doc to go to and called today to get my records transferred to the new doc. The gal said it takes 7-10 days to forward my records!!! This is RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! The horrible service from this place just doesn't end!!!! It's 2018 for God's sake! All they gotta do is look up my records and click a send button to the new doc after I sign the release!!!

Doctors seem to be top notch. They speak frankly and to the point. They provide you with the facts, and make a recommendation, but leave the decisions to you (which at my age and health, I like). The only reason for a 4 and not a 5, is there office staff and appointment rigidity. At an older age, a trip to the potty and set you back a few minutes. I think we all understand. But, when you show up on-time, but not 10 minutes before, and you get pushed to another day because you weren't there for the "Pre-Appointment" time, I think that is bad business. Ultimately it was a good health visit for me, but only after going back twice because I have a little incontinence delays. I do think they should remember who one of their major demographics is here in Arizona - the seniors.

My review is mainly for my doctor Rabinowitz after my previous doctor neglected my glaucoma and end up loosing 90% of my vision on my left eye, the day I was referred to him my eye pressure over 50 and with a extreme allergic reacción to the medicine, I arrive to the clinic where he waited for me after his regular hours and did the necessary that day and schedule for surgery (shunt implant) within two days savings my eye globe and bringing the pressure down...unfortunately the damage was already done to the optical nerve but nothing he could do other than save the little vision I had and still have after 12 years. Pressure is currently 11 after 12 years without the need of eye drops. Excellent doctor!!

I am not happy with Barnett Delaney Perkins had a appointment at southern am higley in mesa az on monday sept 30,2019 on Saturday sept 28 they switched it to lake havasua city 200 miles away! I took a vacation day for this appointment Wasted day!! I had to take a sick day for Tuesday and see another doctor! Still had to pay the deductible
