Very good facility and doctors. Easy to find and it is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and very efficient. We get friendly reminders of upcoming appointments via phone call, email and text. Only two things I would add to our visits to make us feel more welcomed and accommodated, would be leaving place to park a wheelchair in the main waiting area and an automatic door opener. It is very difficult to enter and exit with a wheelchair for the assistant to hold the door open and push a wheelchair at the same time. Thank you very much for the handicap parking spaces.

I'm in the process of having my left eye reveiwed for yet another cataract removal. So far my bill total has gone beyond $7,000 for cataract removal of both eyes and Restore lens implanted. I am very unhappy with this "new company", since Eyes Of Arizona was bought out. I was not informed these extra cataract removal procedures were $700 extra each eye. I began and completed my right cataract/ lens implant with Eyes Of Arizona. This was a total success. However, Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center took over at the beginning of my left eye procedure. Since then, I've had two laser cataract procedures ($700 each eye), and after a year, I still have a visible traveling cataract in my left eye.

The waiting room was large and comfortable. The technician who did the eye test for glasses was friendly and knowledgeable and the eye exam was very thorough. Dr. Schlecht was very informative and reassuring about my condition and has a great bedside manner although there is no actual bedside involved.

I recently had my annual eye exam at the eye center. Doctor Senica has been my doctor there for the last four or five years, and I'm always happy about being there. The staff is always very nice and professional, and I've never had to wait very long at all. My appointments last usually around 45 minutes or so. Doctor Senica has always been friendly and professional as well. I'm a type one diabetic so they dialate my eyes to look inside to see if there has been any changes that need to be addressed. This last visit doctor Senica advised me that I have cataracts and having them removed is the option I chose! So as long as I live in Lake Havasu, doctor Senica will be my eye Care professional!!

First time visiting , by far the most organized office in town . All the staff were great and compassionate and excellent with my uncle who suffers from dementia. Doctor had an excellent bedside manor and knew what he was doing and was actually willing to communicate with my uncles primary which in its self is rare .Tablets were easy to use and made new admission paperwork flawless . Working in the health care community I have seen it all good and bad . This office definitely leads by example . I do also feel that continued education training on dementia would benifit this office even more with our aging poplulation and endless need for eye care .

I was really impressed with all of the high tech equipment used for testing my vision. Lastly, the doctor was very positive and confident about the procedures and surgery I could expect to receive. Thank you. 07-28-17 It has been almost eight weeks since I have had my first cataract surgery and the above review was written on the second day after that surgery. Since then I have had headaches, droopy eye lids and double vision. I don't really know if the surgery had anything to do with this or not, but didn't have these issues before. I really think these doctors are over worked. On my first surgery, the doctor had 24 surgeries and on the second surgery, the doctor had 22 surgeries. It just seemed to me that most of the staff are going at warp speed all day. I am not very optimistic that anything can be done to correct these problems. I still have a couple appointments left and then I will just see if time will make a difference.
