I have been a patient of Doc Woods since 2009. He is very thorough, very professional, and has a wonderful personality! He explains everything both technical and layman, which is quite helpful and a lot less intimidating when trying to understand what is happening with my eyes. I see Doc Woods for more than basic eye exams and have learned from experience that he is simply the best. Doc Woods works with every one in my family with all of our eye issues from simply needed corrective lenses to my dad who is 100% blind. We all appreciate Doc woods for what he does for us. We do have at least one other option in town and we go to the valley for other medical services but Doc Woods is definitely worth staying home for. The staff at Barnet are all wonderful and professional in every way. It is refreshing to be in a medical office where patients come first, as soon as you walk through the door. I have never had to wait while any staff finished a conversation about their personal life or acted as though I was a bother by simply showing up. Google only allows 5 yellow stars but Doc Woods and his grand staff deserve 5 GOLD stars!

This was my first experience with Barnett Delaney Perkins. Dr. Chen was very professional and told me everything that she was doing. It has been a long time since I felt like a doctor really cared. Karyn is Dr. Chans assistant and she was amazing also. This was the first time I decided to try contacts. They worked with me and showed me how to put them in and take them out and then checked to make sure that everything was OK. I will definitely be back and I will tell everybody what a wonderful experience I had Thank you Dr. Chan and staff!

All the staff that I had come in contact with were very polite and showed respect and concern for my needs. The doctor went out of his way to make sure not only that I understood everything that was being done but the pros and cons so that I could make an informed decisions on any further care/services that I may need. The person who helped me also in selecting and purchasing my glasses was very helpful even brought to attention things which allowed me to get an additional discount. They are a great group of people I would recommend them to anyone who are in need of optical services. Not only the pleasantries but for the professionalism shown me. Dr. Woods and staff were friendly and helpful they made me feel comfortable. The lady that assisted me with choosing frames was nice but being that i never did this before the final bill shocked me. She talked me into a at home pair of glasses along with the safety glasses I was there for with a two for one deal. There were no way to know what frames cost nor the tinting, wow over 500 bucks.

Well i came in due to the fact i meeded glasses and i had purchase frames then the woman nicki had melted my frames and then smiles and says she had to order another pair for she had melted my frame tryna put my other lenses in. Then they can be friendly but also they need to know they cannot eat candy infront of a patient or consumer it was annoying when one of the ladies was making this awful sucking sound while tryna help me order new lenses due to the glare free was all cracked and fuzzy

I'm so annoyed at how stupid and unprofessional the front desk is. I asked for a eye contact exam. Not once on the phone did they tell me to bring my eye glasses prescription! I was interested in finally getting eye contacts for the first time! How was I supposed to know I needed my eye prescription?! They wasted my time and gas money! And they trust to blame it on me! They should take responsibility for their mistakes. I'm not giving them my money when their staff doesn't do their job!

I truly loved coming here and being a patient if Dr. Woods. However my issue is with picking up my prescription glasses. As a courtesy I called Barney Dulaney as soon as I got off of work and spoke with Elise and let her know that I am on my way to pick up my prescriptions and I should be there before they closed. I get there 3 minutes before 5 and both doors are already locked and they just looked at me from behind the windows. Not even to open and say that they were already closed. Not a great experience for me as I had to rush on over and that’s why I called ahead of time. I’m never coming here again!!

I ordered new glasses almost a month ago and still haven’t got them yet. Every time I call optical, no one ever answers because there’s only 2 people working in that area. Then when they do pick up and I ask when my glasses should be in they say they’ll call me back but never do.
