I can't believe how low the rating are for this place. When I went everyone was extremely professional. A rude older lady when and was cursing at one of the ladies that worked there and she was professional the whole time. I could not believe what I saw. If that where myself I would have escorted the rude customer out of the store with the same disrespectful profanity. The people that work here treat you like an actual person and the doctor was very kind and professional. Nothing but good things to say about this place

I had it set up to pick up my glasses and drop off my old glasses to get the prescription put in to them. They told me to sit and that it would be a few minutes. i have been here for an hour and a half and noone has helped me. Im sitting in the store wrighting this. I will never come back to this location. I though the bad reviews for this location was people being dramatic but now i believe they really had a bad experience with this location. I will be going to the corporate office about this.

First time we used this store the experience was average. Last week it was horrible. The receptionist was rude, the lady who did the exam was like a used car salesman, pushing us to buy glasses even though we were already there to do so and the doctor was just going through the motions. Didn't offer one bit of information. I had to ask. I work around people. If I have a bad day I suck it up and put on a happy face. Good customer service is everything when you're selling something. This store won't see another penny from us

We did not get eye exam here, just glasses. Fair prices. The glasses had a small defect when I picked them up, they fixed it the next day. Good overall, especially for the prices.

So far 1 hour past my appointment time. Not happy but hopefully things improve. Will update. *update* So once I got to see the eye dr. Things moved quite fast. I didn't feel and pressure to buy what I didn't need and the lady who helped decide what to get actually worked to save me even more money. Still only giving 3 stars because come on who has an hour to throw away?

Had an appointment for 920 and was told to arrive 10 minutes early. Arrive 15 minutes early and then have to wait 15 minutes past my appointment

Scheduled 1hr 15 min earlier than the actual personnel to come to teach wearing contacts. This place has not respect for our time. One lady stepped to help after 30 min of reading the book of wearing contacts. My time is worth more than that 3 years eye club. Really unhappy! If anyone of you like to wait and being scheduled for 1 hour ahead of anything you signed up. Yes, this is your place! The optician was not present as well,young and impatient. Update: After coming back for classes, they are more time friendly, more attentive. Still thanks to the lady C who helped us the very first time. I rated it 3 stars now instead of one.

Wife made a appointment upon getting there was told to go look at frames. After a hour of no one saying anything to us. We asked what happened and they said they called her name and since she never came so they dropped her. They had thought she left the building. How in the world do you tell someone to go look at frames then think they left? Especially in a small building like that. I like America's Best and will keep going to them. But iwill suggest not to waste time at this location. Take the 10 min drive and go to the one on Oracle and Wetmore. More professional and better selection of frames.
