I have been a patient at this clinic since Dr Keene owned the business. I've always been very happy with the service and the professional attitude of all the staff. I gladly recommend ER Vision to anyone who asks. I was not happy yesterday, though, at being 5 minutes late for the first time ever and being made to feel like I'd put everyone out. Life happens, I made my apologies.

My Mother was a patient of Dr. Rob for many years. She always spoke very highly of him and all the staff at the clinic. When I decided it was time for an eye exam I choose Eagle River Vision Clinic and I'm so happy I did. Everyone there is so professional, friendly and courteous. Now my husband will be a patient there. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a vision clinic.

I have been a patient since I moved to Eagle River. Their staff are friendly and have good memories, so that makes me feel cared for when they remember the crazy circumstances when I lose my glasses. They utilize technology really well for appointment reminders and scheduling, but they have not lost the human touch. Also, I really like the good use of technology in that they have not needed to dialate my eyes for annual exams and that there is new technology that is not the puff of air to check your eye pressure.

I used to go to this practice when it was owned by Dr. Jeff Keene and loved it for 20+ years-- even got my first eye exam here--but I'm not too impressed with it's current incarnation of fast-food/ goofy car salesman medical care-- and that's how the doctor comes off, southern accent and all, pushing patients to use the latest technology even if they're fine with what they have and simply want a routine checkup so they can get contact lenses (for only $350, we can fit you with the latest and greatest BIFOCAL contact lenses that you might hate and might make you dizzy, and don't work with most people's eyes, but it's worth a try, isn't it? I mean, if they don't work, you won't get your money back, but you can get rid of those pesky reading glasses! Nobody likes those!). My prescription was just two weeks past being a year old, and I tried to buy a box of contact lenses to tide me over for 2 weeks because my company only reimburses $300 for vision each year, and in two weeks it would be the next year, and I could get my next exam without going out-of-pocket. They refused to sell me a box of my lenses while not having an appointment available that fit into my work schedule until the following year anyway. So much for caring for your clients! Thankfully, I found a friend of a friend who could see me in three days right next to my office. It's sad that Eagle River has become so elitist that the reasons people live in a small town are completely lost on many of the businesses, but there are enough transitional residents here that incidents like this have a short life in the town's collective memory. Thank you, internet.

I had a great experience with Eagle River Vision Clinic during my annual eye examination. Their Optomap retinal examination machine does a fantastic job. Dr. Fleckenstein & staff are very professional & courteous. I highly recommend them!

My family and I have been using Dr. Rob at Eagle River Vision Clinic for a couple of years now. So far our experience has been excellent. Dr. Rob takes time with his patients and explains all the tests and test results in layman terms. The staff there are friendly and courteous. Appointments are on time. Dr. Rob is very thorough with his exams. We are very pleased and highly recommend Eagle River Vision Clinic. We have several friends that also use Dr. Rob and they are very satisfied as well.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Rob and his team for over ten years and we continue to be impressed by Dr Rob's use of the latest technologies, combined with the highly professional and friendly environment he and his staff create and maintain. Dr Rob's thorough explanations are such that non-technical patients like my wife and I can understand and feel totally confident in his proposed solutions. ERVC's staff are similarly helpful and confidence-inspiring. I cannot imagine any reason that my wife or I would see a different optometrist.

Deceptive shady tactics for contact lenses, was told price covered 1 year care visits and Dr. Was going to adjust prescription, all supposedly covered but after initial visit was given copy of prescription and that finalizes everything! So no follow up no correcting prescription AND the one month trials ripped in my eye within TWO weeks of use and the only option they give is to buy 6 Months minimum pack of contacts per eye, don't pay for the Overpriced cheap contacts here! Go anywhere else! And Caution with whatever they tell because they will jip you if they can!

This is directed only to the optician ......not the Doctor. She needs to take a course in dealing with patients in a professional manner.....During my eye glass fitting I mentioned that I have always had issues with my left eye as a result of Lasik Surgery ......Her comment was "Maybe you have had too many birthdays".....Well at 72 years old I told her I hope to have many more. Her comment was inappropriate. Maybe they talk like that in Arkansas but don't expect that up here.

Having recently turned 40, I thought it would be a good idea to get an eye exam. I'm generally pretty lazy when it comes to these kinds of things, but I had several friends recommend Eagle River Vision Clinic. I went ahead and made an appointment. The staff was very friendly and courteous, especially Richelle (I think?). One small thing I appreciated was the text message reminders of my upcoming appointment; I thought that was nice. I was very impressed with Dr. Rob. He obviously knows what he is doing, and his clinic employs a lot of modern equipment not available when I did my last eye exam. He really took the time to explain how the eye ages and what to expect as I get older. I had a very positive experience. What a great team!
