I’ve been with Dr. Cin for 4 (maybe 5) years. I love going to his office, he’s the best! I had a few docs before him who were alright, but Dr. Cin is friendly and informative and there’s usually no wait time to be seen. The receptionists are very nice and welcoming as well.

I have been associated with many optometrists during my 38 years in Anchorage AK and DR Chin with Adventures In Eye Care is by far the best that I have gone to for all of my eye care needs. He is extremely thorough with the eye exam and very attentive when listening to your concerns. I recommend him to all my friends who are looking for an optometrist. He is truly the epitome of professionalism.

Finally found Adventures in Eye Care 8 or 9 years ago. Now my whole extended family goes there. I have never had better care and glasses. Very informed, they take their time with you. I never feel rushed, all of my questions get answered. The same goes for the staff. Followup is wonderful. If they say they will find out something for you, it happens.

I would rate them a 0 if I could, the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional. I was suffering from a sharp irritation in my eye and called Adventure Eye Care for help. I was given a time for appointment to be checked, and when I showed up after driving :20 min across the town, they told me that the appointment was cancelled and that they had tried to call to let me know. However, they did never call me because the person that did the appointment and took my phone number had written it down wrong when checked. When I explained to her about my eye pain and urgent need, she became very rude and told me that nothing could be done. She even tried to blame the whole thing on me instead of owning her own mistakes. Luckily I received an appointment with a different office and eye doctor on a very short notice and received the help needed. I'm sure Dr. Cin would have given me the help needed if I had seen him, but unfortunately I can't recommend his office because of the front desk staff.

I saw Dr Cin again yesterday and as usual his care of me was top notch. My husband and I have seen him since 1994 I think it was. He has seen all 5 of my kids because I trust him. I wear trifocals all the time but needed a office pair that could help with computer work. Years ago he ended up designing the lenses for me and has been taking care of my optical needs ever since. I have recommended him to everyone I know and I will continue to so. That’s Dr Cin for all the great years! Oh I need to mention his office staff too. He’s got a really good blend right now and everyone is very helpful. The best part is they are knowledgeable and have lots of patience for those of us that have lots of questions Overall best optical office ever !!!!!!

1 star so I can write my review. Initial Dr is great and kind, front desk people - rude asf. As a receptionist, know your role! If you answering phone calls know your role! You in the business of customer service, learn how to better serve your customers, be familiar with your own tone and choice of words when u open your rude mouth to speak.
