Stay away from these drs. Their staff and the drs will lie about your insurance coverage and even the drs schedules. Medicare will pay for your EYLEA injections every 28 days. They insist it is 31 days. With schedules that keep drs in this and that office, by the time he is back in the Callahan office five weeks has gone by. The receptionist will lie about the dr not being in the office, so she can schedule the appointment five or even six weeks away. This is so she doesn’t have to argue about the 28 days - knowing she will lose the insurance argument. This is the most unprofessional, unscrupulous group of doctors I have ever come in contact with. For the preservision of your eye sight, find somebody else, anybody else to treat you!

The best experience I've ever had in a medical office. EVER. Dr. Feist, Dr. Roberts, Dr. Neely, and about 3 or 4 other doctors that I saw during my visits were all exceptional, extremely polite, punctual, and helpful. Everyone down to the assistants, receptionists, and billing office, even after my time there was finished, has been great. Cannot say enough great things about these people.
