I was Talked into paying thousands extra for Lasik and implants on top of my cataract surgery, have now lost 25% of my vision after 2 corrections. Then told they can't correct the problem detected by a later test. Be VERY careful of their promises.!!!!!!

Dr. Mitchell is the cream of the crop. He truly cares never being satisfied with anything less than perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. Waiting time can vary but I don't mind waiting for a doctor who will give you the absolute best treatment.

My wife & I went to Maynor & Mitchell yesterday for eye exams. My normal eye Dr charges only a $20 copay. I thought I would try this place to help me get back to wearing contacts, trying a different brand. My eye Dr told me that wouldn’t matter but it was worth a try. M&M up charged us and we had to pay $410 when we checked out. They should have informed me of all the extra charges when we got there so we could have left. Contacts are NOT at all that important. I should not have paid it. That was ridiculous. I will not return. I will not recommend them. Get your prices upfront if you go there!

Dr. Ramsey went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my father. I am beyond grateful for him and his staff! My husband was also seen at this clinic a couple of years ago by another doctor and also received exceptional service. Highly recommended this clinic!

I've only gone once and won't be back. The appointment was pretty normal, but I had to wait 45 minutes and the place is huge - it's like a cattle call. What clinched it though is the billing. I don't have vision insurance, just BC/BS and got an eye checkup and glaucoma screening back in June 2017. Paid my copay at the door, then... nothing. Finally got a bill for $80 in February or March, then another for $49 JUNE 2018. That is a pretty ridiculous timeframe, and it has not been my experience with past providers.

I have gone to Maynor & Mitchell for a while. I never know who my doctor is going to be there when I go. I have had 4 so far. If you have something like an eye infection, don't bother calling. It will take a week to get in. I complained about this one time and the Doctor told me to call and he would just prescribe medicine on the phone. Tried that, they wouldn't do it, week to get in. On just a normal checkup appointment, prepare for long waits. They are not very good with scheduling.

Everyone is very nice very helpful and makes you feel at ease. The Establishment is very clean neat and you can feel comfortable and both the exam and surgery rooms. Dr. Mitchell is extremely personable and I feel very comfortable with anything he says or when he does any type of surgery on my eye s.
