My husband and I both use Dr. Charles Jones. He and his staff are always professional and answer any questions. I thought my husband had to have a certain test due to a new medication; however, I misunderstood my husband's Doctor and one of the assistants in Dr. Jones Office, Valerie, took the time to come out and explain to me that since the Doctor decided on a different medication, that particular test was not necessary. I was very grateful to Valerie for taking the time to do this. She also suggested that my husband use an eye lubricant and not the eyedrops that he had been using as the lubricant was a healthier choice.

Great place, I had a good, thorough eye exam. They did not dialate my eyes, but checked for glaucoma with some drops. I also got new lenses in my frames. This was a fast process too.

Very professional and very talented. Removed skin tags from eyelids of both eyes with a gentle touch. Removed stiches after a week with minimum sensation. Excellent job.

He is professional without being stuffy and always explained what he saw and gave me excellent advice on how to make my experience achieve the best possible out come. I really appreciated the entire staff. They were fantastic with customer service and I felt comfortable and well informed.
