Dr Davidson is great. My 3 star rating comes from the wait. This has been a problem prior to Dr Davidson working at this practice - but has gotten worse in the past 2-3 years. For some reason they book several appointments for 1 doctor at the same time. There were 9 patients waiting in the waiting room today and the rooms were full. From start to finish our appointment took 3 hours. This isn’t as bad if you have a child who will watch tv for hours, but a toddler with adhd = misery. We have been coming to this practice for 8 years with 2 children so this review comes from many experiences at both locations. If we didn’t need a certain speciality I would be asking our pediatrician for another referral. I have mentioned this to the staff and filled out surveys over the years and no change.

Applied here was planning on relocating and at the last minute i was told the position will no longer be offered to anyone. then i find out they have listed it again now you can choose to do what you want with your business but to tell a potential out of state employee at the last minute with no regard or even care as to their process and preparation to get there shows me just what this company is all about

If I could give negative stars, this would be the place! Don't go here especially with your children! Find a place where the technicians are human and treat your children with kindness! This place, the technician actually slapped my child since she could not see through their scratched up equipment. Worst experience ever! I had to go to another eye doctor the next week to get an eye exam just to get the correct prescription. Total waste of time and money here and abuse no one deserves. Speaking of money, I paid cash for the eye appointment here and now I have an additional bill from them three months later for more money! I have no idea what they are charging me for since I told them at the time that I was paying for the full eye appointment. They charged me over 200 dollars at that time, and now they want more money. I'm simply dumbfounded, let's hope they don't continue charging me for added charges that they come up with out of the blue months later. Don't go here! There are tons of caring eye doctors around and if you need this speciality, go to Emory!

My mother have had eye problems all her life. But Dr. Bain gave her the best gift of all, her sight back! I love Dr. Bain and her wonderful staff .

The one star rating is because of the way y'all treat me . My eye is not dry . I don't have dry eye my eyes are getting worse . You all are talking about I have dry eye which I don't. I think this is ridiculous. Very unprofessional staff. I will be reporting you to the medical board for misconduct .

We were extremely impressed with our initial visit to see Dr. Bains. From the receptionists, vision techs, physician, to the surgery scheduler......they were all friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I wish we had received this ophthalmology referral a year ago!

I had a appointment waited for 45 minutes in waiting room then they told us we were next they are waiting on a room. Two people left and they called someone else ahead of me talked to the nurse and she had a nasty attitude and told me to wait I was definitely next then they called someone else other than my child by this time I had been there more than an hour and a half so I left and will never come back. Hate this place awful 1st impression. Need to work on it for future preferences. But I never ever will go back.

Billing staff is horrible, asked to speak to the administrator and I had to sit in the waiting room for an hour.... they make appointments and then wait until you get there to tell you that you need a referral!!!! Inconvenience!!!!! They will not give you higher up name/number ...I had to google that info..... They bill you for the same procedure that wasn’t done properly THE FIRST time on every follow up visit thereafter scheduled by the doctor!!!! JUST OVERALL UNHAPPY!! Would not recommend!!!!!! Only gave 1star because it wouldn’t allow me to not give any!
