I contacted Central States Investigations on behalf of a family member. Joshua, the owner, answered the phone on a Sunday and answered my initial questions professionally. We scheduled an initial consultation in Madison where the company has a satellite office and additional personnel. Joshua met us at a coffee shop for a free consultation and answered all of our questions calmly and professionally and provided us with some very good advice. Because of our particular situation and the unfortunate timing of events out of our control we did not end up hiring Joshua, but I wanted to leave this review for his company since I would not hesitate to call him again - here is to Hoping that won't be necessary though.
