Just dropped off a package. Completely understand that this is a small business and they can't offer the "free things" that large companies offer because they can't spread the cost out to other things like say Staples. The staff was helpful and was actually trying to find a way to help out another customer in crutches when I walked in. They were clearly trying to go above and beyond for this person. Will definitely come back here anytime I need something cheap. I really enjoy helping out small business!

Charge a dollar per package to drop off ups packages even though it's a free service as advertised by ups. Asked at the counter and was told that since they are the only ups drop off in town they charge a dollar as most people just pay it instead of driving somewhere else. That's the textbook definition of extortion.

Working with Mrs. Carlise is absolutely amazing. Every single time that I speak with her, you can sense how happy she is. I recommend everyone work with her, and to disregard the negative reviews, as they aren't anything that reflect poorly on the store. I would give 10 stars if I could, keep up the good work!

The staff are always pleasant and friendly and willing to help with shipping packaging. Since they aren't a UPS store anymore, they are forced to charge a nominal one dollar fee to have FEDEX or UPS pick up our packages, or otherwise, I'd have to go to another site without the easy access at this business center in Ranson. The staff make shipping a piece of cake!

I get that you need money to operate, but to charge people for sending out a prepaid package is uncalled for. It costs you NOTHING to sit my package on top of the other packages being picked up daily by UPS or Fed Ex. When I stated that I had no money on me to pay, the lady turned away from me, said ok, and walked away. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have a thriving home business so I do a lot of business with local businesses. This one will NOT Be one of them. Learn Customer Service before opening up a store dependent on just that. Especially In a small neighborhood like ours. Come on now.

Wow is this place owned by an adult or a high schooler? I was definitely blown away but it wasn't by the service. Was going to use this place but after the very unprofessional and juvenile replies by the owner to reviews left by customers I think I'll make the drive out to Martinsburg.

The Business Center has been a pleasure to deal with. They have been on top of every transaction I have had with them and I have used them several times. The entitlement from the other reviews I have read is absurd. TBC is not a UPS store or FEDEX store. It is a store that offers the services of those vendors. Big difference and also makes them a 'middle man'. A middle man that is much more convenient to deal with than the UPS store in Martinsburg for sure. Being a middle man, it is nothing but reasonable to think that if you bring a half packed package to be shipped that you will be charged for tape, labels, etc. I appreciate your services and will continue to bring my services to you.

Good customer service on 6/22. Not good 6/26. Employee was not concerned about customer service. Did not know how to operate copy machine. Or where to find paper i showed her sample from previous job. Since she wanted to charge me for 2 mistakes...i left $3 .....knowing that i won't return.

I attempted to send a prepaid FED EX parcel. The service person gave no help except to switch from one computer to another for which I was charged a download fee. Such behavior is trifling and assures that only out of desparation will I visit TBC in the future. One star is far too many for my experience. This must be a GOP funded business to operate in this manner.

The Business Center is a fantastic asset to our community. I have used them frequently in the short time they have been established in their Mildred St. location. The entire staff is great to deal with and all of my transactions have gone smoothly. TBC offers rates of several couriers to find something best for your budget. Packing is kind of pricey, but if you have bought packing supplies recently, you will understand why. I have nothing negative for TBC and will continue to utilize them for my shipping regularly.
