I found Stark Legal Support via a Google Search as I needed a process server that was out of my home state. Their website was informative and had an easy to understand video that explained their services. I also like that they offered a flat fee for their service and I was able to pay easily via PayPal. I did pick up the phone and call. The owner answered right away and was pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. Once the Process Service was complete, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to be absolutely sure that the out of state paperwork was filed correctly and to the requirements of the State the lawsuit was taking place in. They stayed in touch with me via phone, email and US Mail with all the necessary communications. I highly recommend Stark Legal Service for their quality of work, timeliness and especially their attention to detail and communication.

I live in Florida and needed some papers served in Marietta Ohio so a quick Google search located three servers I could use. One never called back, another one, in Texas, left a gargled message days later but Shawn called within an hour. He answered my questions, I mailed him the packet and he handled everything else.
