Young lady working on Saturday didn’t bother to mention that UPS doesn’t pick up on Saturdays. So, package not going out until Monday. When I called to inquire the following Monday and mentioned it to the person answering the phone, they were extremely rude. Stated, “She was really slammed, sir.” I told her it only takes a couple of seconds to say, “UPS will be picking up on Monday.” Instead of acknowledging my concern, she told me I should just do business somewhere else next time and then hung up on me. Clearly, this business is not concerned about meeting customer expectations. Very rude. Really poor attitudes.

I've been receiving packages and mail at Timekeepers for a few years now, and I'm really happy with them. The people who work there are all really nice, and they even have a notary, which we used one time. Their fees are really reasonable whether you're receiving an occasional package or if you have a box there. Plenty of parking.

I have been a VERY satisfied Canadian customer of Timekeepers for the past 15 years. Every one of their staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been wonderfully friendly, super helpful, treat you like a friend, and on a first name basis. Their hours are great, in store prices very reasonable and they accept larger items too, which is fantastic! I highly recommend Timekeepers to anyone who wants quality postal and shipping service with good prices, efficiency and a nice smile :^)
