Freindly and efficient. I am always confident my shipped items will get where they need to be and packaged properly. it's so nice to NOT have to screw around with the post office. Just walk in and you are taken care of. Doesn't matter if its packaged properly or at all - they will handle it. Such a relief Also they are local folks so money spent here supports the community. I specially appreciate it that they keep my frequent shipping addresses so all I have to do is ship it to so and so and they have all the shipping info. Great Place

AVOID and BEWARE! Read all the 1 star ratings. We wanted to get our wills notarized so I called in advance and asked if we need to make an appointment. A person that worked here told us we did not need to make an appointment and could come at any time. Fast forward, we arrive at 5pm, 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday and the guy at the counter says he can't help us because he's busy and leaving in 2 minutes. The problem with this is that we need to coordinate with 2 witnesses AND the fact that they said no appt was needed. Thanks for wasting everyone's time.

I recently received terrible service from Marie when she refused to notarize my will, which was two pages and quite basic in nature with no extraordinary terms. Despite this, she stated there was too much risk to her, which I found to be entertaining at first and then ridiculous given the function of a notary and how common it is for them to notarize wills. To make matters worse, I was a regular customer and had been in the store numerous times to pick up my mail and packages and was recognized by each staff member, including Marie. I ended up going to my local bank branch and the service was completed in less than 5 minutes without any hassle whatsoever, which should have been the case at her store. Due to this terrible service, I canceled my account and refuse to do business there again.

We have been using Pony Express for personal and business mail, as well as a variety of shipping needs, for a quarter of a century. Yes, you read that right, over 25 years. They are completely reliable. I know that the mail and packages I receive will be safe and secure until it is convenient for me to pick them up. I don't have to wait for a FedEx truck so that I can sign for a package, or worry about UPS dropping something on my front porch for someone to steal. Even when my businesses have moved to new office space, my address has stayed the same. No new stationary, address notifications, or my mail going to a new tenant in my old space. The owners are awesome. If something weird is going on with my mail, or something perishable gets delivered (we once had a client send us meat as a thank you gift), they gave us personal attention and a call to come and get it. It also means that when traveling we don't have to fill out forms with our home address. We can use our mailing address and not worry (OK, worry less) that our home will be broken into while we are away. Having a Private Mailbox like Pony Express is much better than having a PO Box at a post office. We can receive packages from any shipper, and because the owners of Pony Express are OWNERS, and not just government employees, they really CARE about us as people and customers and offer a much higher level of service. Plus they have all sorts of additional services to support our business and shipping needs. Everything from basic office supplies, to faxing, printing, and computing services. If we need to send something somewhere we can just bring it in and let them box it, label it, and ship it. Awesome. This is a great service run by great people. Tired of having your mail stolen? Want to run a business out of your home without telling all of your customers where you live? Have a business that has to move from time to time? Want your mail to be ready for you when you are ready for it? Grab some control and get a box at Pony Express. You will be very glad you did.
