The staff are always very friendly and helpful, being a senior patron (and very technologically challenged) I have been dependent on them on more than one occasion. I also had to have my fingerprints done there for a previous job and had to schedule caregivers to have their’s done as well. They have a very good selection of office and mailing supplies-and a wonderful collection of giftware.

Ended up leaving and going to the UPS STORE ON ARGONNE, where I had a much better experience, better quality AND cheaper. I was so distressed about my package (my passport) that I had sent to California with an empty package for return. I had purchased my air ticket and did not know when I was getting the passport back. On June 24, 2019 I went to the mail box center L.LC and took my finger print, and mentioned my problem to them. The employees were very very friendly and helpful, they gave me a tracking number for my return package. When I tracked it, it was on its way back to me. I got so relaxed, I felt like putting down a tons of burden off of my shoulders. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, YOU MAD MY DAY.
